I would give 10 stars, The Ranch is just picture perfect. The house was wonderful for three families. We ended up with 6 adults and four children and had a full bathroom for each family. The kitchen has everything we needed , bathrooms well stocked as well. It’s a beautiful home and we enjoyed it very much. Jane is a gracious host who answered all of our questions and made experience extra special.I might also mention the beds are comfortable which was a big plus for me.Mary Braswell

We were there for our daughter's wedding. We had the rehearsal dinner at the home. Excellent location, well stocked, great time. Highly recommend the host and the total experience.

Great Country Retreat

Our annual Family Vacation was a great success and the Luxury Ranch Retreat was the perfect location! Loved the pool, fishing lake and huge dining room table. Our host was so helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this beautiful country stay.

Beautiful location near the Grand Ivory

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and we even got to swim in the awesome pool and catch some bass and blue gill in the ponds. Jane was very accommodating and we will stay here again.

Place is Awesome

We were close to a the wedding venue so it was perfect for us. Allowed all of us to stay together from all parts of the country with room for everyone. Definitely recommend!

Family time

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Our family had so much fun fishing during the day followed by a family dinner that accommodated all 11 of us. Looking forward to booking again in the summer time

We had a great weekend! The house and property are beautiful! I loved all of the decor! The property management was great too! I highly recommend this property! Very peaceful! This was the perfect place to stay for my friends and family.

Amazing country sunset…

Our daughter got married at the Grand Ivory. This was a very beautiful and convenient place to stay. We relaxed an extra day after the bride and groom went on their way. Wonderful time!

Country charm

This home had everything we needed for our family gathering. Plenty of room to entertain in and around the kitchen and bar area. All of the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. A great country setting.

Absolutely book it!!

This place was amazing! So nice, clean, over stocked and just truly relaxing. We want to come back soon and stay again with our friends. Our son got married at the Grand Ivory and this location was the best! The host was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Girls Weekend

It was a lovely out of the way spot and had everything we needed for our girl's trip. It was nice not to have to leave and so many extras were provided! Many of the girls took runs and walks and want to come back!

Daughter’s wedding

If you are attending an event at the Grand Ivory then this property is PERFECT for you! It is so convenient to go back and forth from the venue and with 5 bedrooms it’s great for a large family.

Family stay for nearby wedding venue

We booked this for our family to stay close to a wedding venue. The house was great - super clean, very clean and well stocked. The pool and patio was an excellent place to gather. The kitchen is so well stocked and a huge dining table made meals so nice. The beds, linens, and everything was so wonderful, would love to come back another time. The owner was super responsive and so nice to deal with. The house and property made a special weekend even better. Will plan to come back another time.

Great country property!

This property was great for our family stay for a wedding weekend! The property and house was exactly as described and the owner was a joy to work with. I just wish we had booked another night or two to relax and decompress after all the wedding festivities. The next time I need a getaway weekend less than an hour from the DFW area, I will not hesitate to book this property again!

Family Gathering

We celebrated our Mom’s 90th birthday. The home was beautiful and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The setting was gorgeous! We weren’t able to use the pool and outdoor activities due to rain and cold weather, but we still enjoyed our stay immensely.

Our Son’s Wedding weekend!

This beautiful house was the perfect place to have our wedding party stay for our sons wedding at Davis and Grey Farms! It had plenty of comfy beds for our family to sleep and also Beautifully decorated living room space to hangout and visit between activities ! The back is beautiful and a nice place to set outside! Love it all!

Great getaway

Perfect getaway for us and the family. Good sized rooms and good size living room for the family to gather. It fit all of our family and kids. Pool was a good size for all the kids, they stayed in all day long. Any issue that we had, which was very minor, was answered and fixed right away. Great hosts!

Wedding at Grand Ivory

Being only 3 miles from the Grand Ivory makes this home the perfect choice for future wedding parties. Not only is the home beautiful, but also spacious and homey. For our family, location was key. Not having to travel 30-45 min back and forth allowed for quality family time.
