Location, Location, Location! This Condo is conveniently located within walking distance to Chili's, Rib Crib, Starbucks, as well as the local Golf Course. The entire Condo has been recently renovated and fitted with Hi Speed (1G) wireless internet and Smart TV. Perfect for PCSing Family, Traveling Medical personnel, and contractors.

You'll have access to the entire condo!

I will be available by phone any time you need. I prefer text message as a primary but am available by telephone. I have a a team available to help with any issues that come up. We hope you enjoy the stay!

Simply put, you are in the best neighborhood in Clovis, NM. This condo is conveniently located in walking distance to several restaurants, ATMs, Banks and in a perfect place to take a morning or evening walk around the golf course.

Nice Neighborhood to walk, jog or run in. Lots (8 Spots) of parking on East or West end of our unit.

Pretty much slept and left. However, if you are wanting a place to stay for a week or more this here is the place. Will definitely book again if I ever need to come back through this way, worth every penny!!

Good, Could be Better

Good: Unit is cute, lots of space, quiet and everything functions as intended. Beds are firm and very comfortable, sheets and bedding were clean. Bathroom is nice. Fridge and kitchen are nice and stocked well with things to use. Unit cooled off nicely with thermostat, which was a huge perk. Could be better: Overall cleanliness was lacking. The floor and dishes were absolutely filthy. There were no towels or rags in the kitchen, only a used sponge. There were about 10 paper towels and one roll of toilet paper, so we went to Walmart for more. The deck and stairs leading up to the top floor unit need to be replaced, and bottom step seems to be missing. Fine for me but my older mother (in good shape) commented on it. I'd stay again, but hope the owner can find a better cleaning company before I do!

The condo was supplied good, towels, dishes, pot & pans. The couch was very uncomfortable and for a place that claims to seat six, the couch was the only piece of furniture, for sitting, in the living room.

Great location

Very clean and the location is within walking distance to restaurants/coffee shop. Owner is very responsive to any questions. I would recommend this Vrbo.

visiting our airman

We went to our airman for the holidays and this was a great option for us. It was close to everything and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

It's been rewarding hosting people from all over the US and World and being able to make their stay more comfortable and memorable.

This property was purchased after retiring from the military and becoming a traveling contractor. Throughout the first year I renovated all four units. This property is conveniently located in the safest, most desirable area in Clovis. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and golf. It is perfect for a traveling contractor, nurse, doctor, military members relocating to our nearby base and family coming home to visit.
