Cozy villa, great central location

This villa worked great for us (a family of 3 adults). We liked the central location, which was 1-2 blocks from downtown, and the amount of space was more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen is small and might be somewhat cramped if you plan to cook meals there; we did not cook, so it was fine. Because we were so close to downtown, and had relatives nearby who gave us a ride if needed, we did not have to rent a car, which was nice.A couple of considerations. There is no washer or dryer available onsite, and the nearest laundromat is 1.5 miles away. Also, the couch's "sofa bed" does not open out in the standard way, and is a little difficult to figure out. We put the sheets and blankets that were provided on top of the couch itself, which worked fine for one person. There is a small trundle-type bed that rolls out from under the couch that would work for a child, but I think the arrangement might not work well for 4 adults. Overall, we had a great time and liked being so close to everything!

Wonderful Location

If you like to venture downtown and/or Arenas District, it was the perfect location. The home is a little older and the bed practically fills the entire bedroom but overall a good stay. Communication with the host was AMAZING.

This is a great place to stay. On W Arenas and Palm Canyon, its the perfect location when visiting PS. The villa itself was great. Had a kitchen and parking in the front. This is a hidden gem in close to all that downtown PS has to offer. I would definitely recommend this lodging to anyone seeking accommodations in PS who would rather stay in something small and quaint rather than a large hotel. I had a small technology glitch, but I was able to get in touch with the property manager who provided the info I needed. The communication was great. I will definitely consider these accommodations the next time I am in town.

Great location, but our rental was not in good shape. Porch light did not work, flood light behind us lit up our bedroom like daylight. 4 days there and only one set of towels!.

Great downtown location

Upon check in, the room wasn’t ready or flipped from previous guests. But after calling host, they were able to have someone come clean and flip the place in about an hour as I walked around downtown and grabbed a drink. It’s a perfect location to stay as there’s everything walking distance away (shops, bars, coffee, etc). I would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent within walking distance of Palm Springs main street. Plenty of restaurants within a 10 min walk. We were able to take advantage without having to worry about parking.

This is a quaint rustic cottage near downtown Palm Springs. Many shops and restaurants within 2 blocks. I would stay here again. It is "rustic" e.g., steel dining chairs. Dim lighting in main room. It could use an interior paint job. My biggest frustration was the slow internet; about 56k.

Great location! Efficient setup of “Villas” Walking distance, privacy clieaniness awesome. The downsides are more laughable aspects include as Previously mentioned The bedroom door that cannot close. But there’s really no need for one – so why not just remove it? A sink in the kitchen that takes up half the available countertop space. May I recommend putting the microwave on top of the fridge and getting a 1 foot wide countertop height two level cabinet for the area immediately in the left as you enter the closet of a kitchen. A spatula would be great to have to use. A toaster that only toasts one side of the bread. Good coffee - enough for two people for two days. The decor is a Odd podge of gargage sale mix-and-match. you are fussy I would not recommend this place, but if you are looking to have a decent amount of space for a decent price because your plan is to spend most of time out and about then it is Certainly worth it. I would go back again.

Does not comfortably sleep 2

We rented this property for the location and price point. We were of the impression the pool was on the property, it was not. The floor mats we were given for the shower were dirty. The bed did not comfortably sleep 2 as advertised. We couldn’t even shut the door around the bed in the room it was so small. We did not feel like the place matched the photos/description. The security gate stayed open the whole time and opened right to our villa. We ended up getting a hotel room over these concerns which was unfortunate as we spent a lot of money on this rental. It was my first time using VRBO and I will be much more diligent next time.

Great location and great price but in need of major updating

This property is very quaint and “old Palm Springs” on the outside but sad, dated and dreary on the inside. Clean and functional and if you just need a place to crash while enjoying the area it’s fine—and the price and location are great. But the cramped and awkward layout and very dated/cheap interior does not lend itself to hanging out or relaxing or working in the room.
