We asked you for 12 euros upon your arrival, as this is the city tax that must be paid by anyone staying in Rome who is not a resident of the city.

Great apartment with great amenities, including powerful air conditioning. Clean, and the host left some nice treats. Recommended!

We stayed here for our first night in Rome. It was very close to the Trastevere train station so it was easy to commute from the Rome Airport. The place has cold AC and the host was accommodating, just what we needed after a 9hr flight and busy airport. Plenty of food options within walking distance and the local cafe is open 24hrs which was nice. McDonald’s is near which satisfied our kids until we got more settled in.

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful. The location is ideal as it's closer to the train & bus station. The communication was very smooth. We didn't have any issues at all while staying here. I highly recommend this apartment.

Check in was smooth, Giancarlo is a very nice man. We forgot the key one night and he was so gracious and understanding! The room is very self contained with everything one will need. The only drawback is the location, you will have to walk a few blocks over to find the good restaurants and it looks worn and tired area. However I am told it is very safe. All in all though, this was good value and safe, clean accommodations. Travelling as a family of 4 with 12 and 17 year old.

As you don’t know exactly where you are staying when you book, this apartment was at the bottom of the Trastevere area but right next to excellent public transport options that took you most places you wanted to go to in Rome! And not many tourists!

Wonderful Trastevere

We had a wonderful time in Rome and the stay was perfect. The location was great for exploring the city and the close train and bus connections made it easy. The apartment was everything we needed and was well stocked. Overall this was a fabulous location and a great host.

The host was waiting as promised, gave us a thorough explanation and was available by what's app. The area looks a bit worn down and sketchy, but we did not feel unsafe. Close to train station and trams as well as a few great restaurants.

Great stay and an amazing host

We went to Rome with the family and I have only good things to say about the house,the location and the amazing host Gianmarco. He was so welcoming and the apartment had everything we needed and more. It was a great location close to public transit, city centre sights were easy to get to and Trastevere night life was so much fun. We highly recommend this spot for your next visit to Rome.

Gondola view at breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Great location within walking distance of all the sites. If your packing 4 pieces of luggage like we did as cruise before and after then might not be the best as long pull over 3 bridges with no ramps. Other than the luggage issue thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this property in Rome! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. It was easy to get to many of the major attractions, and there were plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided excellent recommendations for local spots. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!
