The rent includes the costs for electricity, water, heating, parking, bike shed, 2 bicycles, carts and WLAN. Bed linen and towels (linen package) you can rent or bring. The villa is located in a side street, exudes the charm of the spa style and was extensively renovated in 2004 and 2018. It is a non-smoking apartment. It is located in the 1. Floor and has a balcony to the south.   The apartment (with a separated by a sliding glass door kitchen and a bathroom with window) has a separate bedroom with double bed, where there is also the possibility to set up a travel cot. Another person can spend the night in the living room on the pull-out couch. The basic price of the apartment refers to 2 people. The extra bed surcharge will be charged for each additional person, including one child up to the age of 3 years. Consumption costs are included in the price. Baby chair and cot can be provided free of charge. Bed linen and towels are to be brought along.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
