Fit our needs wonderfully

For 3 adults it was just right. Comfortable beds, adequate and nice bathrooms, very nice kitchen set up. Back yard patio was nice, but don’t plan to use the yard for much. Living room furniture was fine. Both pieces could use a deep cleaning.

Good accomodations

It was just me staying here - the house was nicely furnished with quality sheets and bedding- the owner was quick to respond - would stay here again - would be a great house for groups.

Birding in Arizona

We are 2 friends who enjoy birding and met in Scottsdale to explore and look for new birds. One of us lives in Seattle, the other in Virginia. We had a great visit, in part due to this VRBO. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed, although we didn’t cook, we ate out, so I cannot report on the overall cooking supplies. The house had plenty of room, we only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The host was readily available by text when we arrived and departed, we didn’t need anything during our stay, so those were the only time we contacted him. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, and overall a really good experience. We would stay there again.

Great house, great location.

Very nice ranch style house with pool table and fenced back yard. Very clean and close to Old Town Scottsdale. Nice to sit on back patio. Neighborhood was safe. Trevor was very helpful.

Great Stay

It was a beautiful house with a large backyard in a quiet neighborhood - we really enjoyed the park which was walking distance away and cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and comfortable home

We were in town for a family function and need a location that was easy to get to other parts of the PHX/Scottsdale area. This home was just 9-10 min from Old Scottsdale and 10 min from Tempe. The home was super clean and comfortable, in fact the beds/pillows were some of the best we have ever had on the road. My wife had to check the brand for a purchase of the same pillow. For the location and the updated home comfort it was a great place/value.

ASU trip for new student

Our family enjoyed our stay when we visited Phoenix area to drop off my nephew at ASU. House is close to everything- Groceries, highways and shopping. Trevor was an awesome host and was very responsive.

Perfect spot

The property is great for anyone looking to stay near Phoenix. We loved all of the backyard games and pool table. The beds were really comfortable and the property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to everyone.

The location of the house was perfect. Close to spring training fields, old Town scottsdale and the major highways and interstates in case you want to sightsee outside of the Phoenix area.

Great value

Really enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean & the owner was easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool table, corn hole and board games. House is in older Scottsdale neighborhood but the price was right!

House had everything we needed

This house was great. Looked new remodeled and everything was clean and fresh. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals in and enjoy around the table. The backyard was a nice space to hangout in the evening. We stayed here because my husband was in the Ironman and it was a perfect location to get to the main event as well as to watch the bike ride that went up the Beeline hwy. Owner was easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed before arrival.
