The Old Florida Village community offers a very easy walk to two community pools, and a short, 10-12 minute walk to the beach! Located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, 'Calypso Coast on 30A' offers spacious accommodations for 10 in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
This home offers plenty of space in the Living Room for entertaining the whole family! A renovated, fully-appointed kitchen, complete with updated appliances, to satisfy the chef of the family, ensures that you can still have home-cooked family meals while on vacation. Have drinks or coffee on the front porch or balcony while watching the sunrise or sunset on Santa Rosa Beach.
The Master Bedroom on the second floor features a spacious King Bedroom and Private Master Bath, a Walk-in Shower and Soaking Tub. Don't forget the Balcony for relaxation!
The Guest Bedrooms (one on the first floor, the other on the second) each house a Queen Bed and each has access to a shared bath with Shower/Tub Combos. The second floor Guest Room shares it's bath with a Bunk Room for the Kiddos! Here you'll find a Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed. Additionally, you'll find a Twin Day Bed with Pullout Twin Trundle on the third floor loft for additional space. Up here, you'll also have access to a Granite Wet-Bar with mini-fridge.
If you don't feel like cooking (or staying in) there's plenty to do, see, hear and eat nearby! Goatfeathers Restaurant is within walking distance, as is Local Catch Bar and Grill, along with a plethora of other eateries, entertainment and shops! Or just hit the beach, the nearby GulfiView Heights Beach Access is quiet and out of the way.
Named after the blue lupine flowers that grace its large sand dunes, the coastal village of Blue Mountain Beach lies between Grayton Beach and Gulf Place along the scenic 30A corridor. The village is known for its laid back attitude, locally owned boutiques, eclectic eateries, and boasts the highest views on 30A.

Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted on the premises of 'Calypso Coast' on 30A”. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
