Great property. The host responded quickly when the A/C stopped working; the tech was there in 12 minutes. The only complaint was the master bedroom needs a mini split or some other A/C unit because that one room was hotter than the rest of the house. The pool and hot tub were great. We would stay with this host again.

What a lovely home and gracious guest! The house is exactly as pictured, and quite comfy. However, you don't need to spend any time indoors with such a fabulous outdoor area! Pool, hot tub, grill and outdoor seating with TV made for a fabulous getaway!

How was accomodating when we asked about early check-in, home exceeded our expectations, very clean, the heated pool was amazing. All rooms were very detailed, all areas of home were very clean and very nice. Fresh flowers on the kitchen counter was a nice touch. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future, thank you for a perfect stay!

PALM BEACH GARDENS RETREAT

Overall, the property was conveniently located. It was accurately described. If you are traveling with family with children this is an excellent choice with many options for recreation, such as pool, hot tub, fire pit etc. The yard is completely fenced and affords plenty of privacy.

Many issues. Guests beware!!!1. Upon arrival the AC was not working. Contacted host the crew arrived and "fixed" the AC. That night, at Midnight the AC stopped working. Sent pictures and to host, she replied 4am saying she'll contact AC people. They arrived 11am and finally fixed. We had a kid with us and had to use fans overtime to cool down. Temps got to 852. Ceiling Fan was missing in one of the kids rooms. Literally a hole in the ceiling.3. Jacuzzi was unusable. The chemicals inside the water burned your eyes. Thursday, 2 days before leaving the pool guy arrived and balanced the chemicals. 4. The advertisement says and displays the pool fountain working. It does not. The owner made excuse that it leaks and "evaporates". And there's a switch to turn it on. Not true at all.5. The pool table is coming apart.6. The basic essentials in the kitchen are missing like salt, and basic supplies to cook.7. The second sliding door on the rear leading to the pool is broken and falling off. Lastly, when we tried to contact owner after checkout she completely ignored us. I guess logically if you ignore your renters your problems in the house go away?

Spring training getaway

Very good and as advertised. Outside seating area and TV availability was a bonus. Garage is not for SUV's or newer pickups just due to size. Obviously the original house had been nicely remodeled. One more half bath would have made it perfect.. Very nice neighborhood.

Great Spring Break!!

First I have to say that Laura was BEYOND responsive to any and all of our needs. Most attentive owner I have ever rented from. The house was perfect for our group - 5 teenagers, myself, and my parents - so we had most age groups covered! The pool and spa, in fact the whole back patio area, were fabulous. The kitchen was stocked well enough to make some larger meals, and the pool table was a hit. Thank you Laura for making our trip so wonderful!

Baseball tournament

We stayed for a baseball tournament at the ballpark of the palm beaches and roger dean stadium. This house is perfectly located in between the 2 locations and was a very comfortable house for our crew. The master bedroom only had a queen and the king was in a smaller room which was odd. But other than that house is laid out nicely.

Second Round as good as our first!

Obviously knowing a property is an advantage when going on vacation, because we knew what to expect. Once again, the property didn't disappoint. It's a great location close to everything, but removed from the main roads and super quiet. The pool and patio make it hard to leave - we got sucked into just hanging around the pool and the hot tub because it genuinely is like an escape (especially for us, leaving 15 degree weather for sunny and 75). We are already discussing a third trip next year. The host is so wonderful and communicative - she made us feel very welcome and was always quick to respond when I asked a question. Zero complaints, even if I wanted to nitpick haha!

I stayed there for 3 nights, with 6 other adults ranging from 19 - 67, while attending a wedding nearby in Jupiter, and it worked out beautifully and had everything we needed for those few days. The inside was adorable and clean (but our feet were a bit dirty when walking around barefoot) and the photos were very accurate. However, I do want to point out some things that other renters should just be aware of:- I did notice that the master bedroom which was the furthest one from the front of the house was much hotter than the front bedrooms. If you need a cold room, I recommend you not choose that one. They did have portable fans which helped.- The bedroom with the king bed was missing the ceiling fan.- The pool wall fountain (that I noticed showed water in a photo) didn't seem to work (or we couldn't figure out how to work it).- We had trouble working the LR tv even following the manual instructions (could completely be user error) - I love the ping pong table option, but there were no ping pong balls to use- Lastly, when I initially put the address into google, a photo of a completely different house showed up. I screenshot it, so we could easily spot it from the street, but the house we arrive at looked very different and I wasn't sure if I was at the right house. Maybe it was just a google glitch, but I thought that was odd. These are all minor things and didn't affect our stay at all, but wanted to just bring them to others attention.

West Palm Spring Break

The property and owners were great. Place was very clean and incredibly well stocked with necessities most places don’t offer, such as soaps, detergent, coffee, etc. Communication from the owner was top notch…very helpful. The only issue was the pool heater was broken, which limited it’s use for the kids. This was a major bummer, but the owner tried to get it repaired immediately after we arrived. Unfortunately the part needed was not available…life happens. All in all, it was a nice place to stay with the family, which included our two kids and the Grandparents:)

We enjoyed having you and your family Derek. We had not advertised as having a pool heater when you booked and were only installing it the day you arrived. We wished we had it ready during your stay. You’re welcome to come back in the future- our property is now offering a heated pool.

Worked out well for us

The property manager was very responsive with our few small issues. The house worked fine for 2 adults and 2/4 teenagers. The outside TV by the hot tub was a big hit. It was also nice that the house had everything we needed so we didn't need to buy things like soap, laundry detergent, paper products. There are different levels in the house so might not be ideal with small children or elderly. The neighborhood is residential and calm although you can hear the highway. My only issue was that people kept showing up - pool and landscapers - almost daily, without notice.

Alexandra, thank you for taking the time to write a review. As I mentioned to you while you were with us, our pool service and landscape service days are mentioned in the house guide inside the home. Your stay was 7 days and during that amount of time, we must upkeep the home. I understand it was "very disconcerting and upsetting" for you and for that we are sorry. As property owners, we notify of the service days and unless asked in advance to not have any service providers, we must keep the home cared for. My suggestion is that you ask future hosts upon arrival if they can cancel any service for their home while you are staying there.

Best Place to Stay for the whole family

Everything was better than expected, spacious, organized, and clean, amenities for everyone to enjoy. The only bummer was the hot tub. The instruction and instruction pictures didn't quite match the set up of what is there. It was confusing to try to use, and took forever (over 5 hours+) to get "warm," but never quite felt like a "HOT" tub. In all fairness, we didn't reach out to the host about this issue. We just made the best of things, and the kids had a blast. (There was also some sediment at the bottom of the jacuzzi that was questionable, but the drain was facing the outdoor couch/tv area so we just left it as is, me and the kids got in anyways since it wasnt too hot)
