The house is beautiful and accommodating with the most amazing ocean views. Every room had its own stocked bathroom. Well stocked kitchen too. Wonderful decks. Kevin was helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Our group had a great time.

We stayed with Kevin for our wedding and this home did not disappoint. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend time with all of our family and friends. Each room had their own en suite bathroom which worked out great for getting ready. Can’t recommend this place enough, such a beautiful place.Kevin made everything so easy for us.

We stayed here with a few of our bridesmaids and their spouses for our wedding weekend. This property is GORGEOUS. Every room has a patio and view of the ocean, you wake up each morning hearing the ocean waves. The property had everything we needed and more and was the perfect place for the bride and groom to stay with a few close friends. The top floor only has one bedroom (the primary), so we had privacy (and the primary bathroom/bedroom are also huge and gorgeous). I would highly recommend staying here!

Host is very helpful and responsive. The property itself is beautiful - the view, the cosy furniture, the space, the ensuite rooms. The lighthouse suite is actually 2 separate rooms sharing 1 bathroom within one of the rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. It was fun to access the lighthouse on the roof, and made the whole home feel very spacious and fun to spend a weekend in. Hope to be back again. Definitely book this!

Perfect house for my group of friends! We loved the separate bedrooms with either a king of queen bed and the en-suite bathrooms. The common areas all very comfortable and our favorite spot was the big deck overlooking the ocean. Kevin was a great host. I would highly recommend staying at this house for an any occasion, has all the amenities needed, with beach access a few houses down and close to downtown restaurants and shops!

We were very pleased with this beautiful, clean, spacious property and would stay here again. The kitchen was sparkling and the downstairs bathroom was a bonus we didn’t know we needed but ending up appreciating. Thank you, Kevin, for providing a property that gave us a home away from home.

Just the best spot. I used this space for my wedding weekend. All the girls got ready here in the morning. We had our first look at the Scituate Lighthouse, just a quick drive. We hosted a day-after party here, too, out on the deck. Everyone raved about the house. Hoping to rent it again in the future! Plus, Kevin is truly an amazing host.

This ocean front home was perfect for our family to spend time together while we were in town for a family event. The kitchen and bar area were perfect for cooking and hanging out. The living area has stunning views and the large deck was awesome. Each bedroom had its own bath, mini fridge, and balcony overlooking the ocean; which made everyone happy !! The location is perfect and an easy walk into town. The host was easy to communicate with and we had a great time. The sea wall construction is ongoing but it did not bother us or interfere with our plans. Thank you!!
