Completely remodeled ski-in/ski-out condo w/ 1 bedroom (queen), 1 sleeper sofa (full) and 1 full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen w/ stainless appliances. Large TV & gas fireplace. Comfortably accommodates a family of 4 or 2 couples. Parking (2 cars), WiFi, laundry (washer/dryer) included. On the hour shuttle service to main Lodge at Holiday Valley. Steps from Catwalk or Last Chance trails and the Snowpine chairlift. If you don’t ski enjoy the town restaurants, shopping, pool, biking, golf & more! Brand new floors, paint, bathroom vanity, white kitchen cabinets, butcher block counters, and stainless appliances. Shiplap fireplace with reclaimed wood mantle. Clean and bright, with a modern/rustic spin!

SnowPine Village is nestled in the rolling hillside of Holiday Valley Resort located in Western New York. The quaint village of Ellicottville is less than three miles away with lots of boutique shops, restaurants, a grocery store, health & wellness store, and a gas station. There are 2 tennis courts at Snowpine. 2 pools, one with a slide, a baby pool, and a tiki bar at Holiday Valley, along with a double black diamond 18-hole golf course. Trails for mountain biking and hiking can be found at Spruce Lake. 6000 acres of state land for hunting nearby at McCarthy Hill and Rock City. Fishing nearby, tubing in the winter, and a ropes course can be found as well. Be sure to check the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce website for a full calendar of events! Some signature events for the town are Oktoberfest weekend, Mardi Gras weekend, Jazz & Blues Weekend, and the 4th of July filled with fireworks and bands!

Cozy and convenient for the slopes

We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again.

Great weekend getaway

Condo. was perfect for a long weekend. Clean and comfortable. Really liked being able to ski in and ski out. Owner was helpful and always responded to questions quickly. Would stay here again!

Peaceful & Comfortable

Thank you for providing a peaceful & comfortable place to stay. It is very clean and well appointed. The porch was nice to sit and have coffee while enjoying nature. I would love to stay there again.

Accommodation exactly as described quite compact but had everything needed for our two night stay as part of our road trip. Accommodation was clean throughout and tastefully decorated in a modern style. As there were three of us we had to make use of the sofa bed which also served the purpose it was intended for. Super fast WiFi connection and TV with all the services you’d want were a bonus keeping the younger member of our family suitably entertained at the end of the day. Great communication throughout from Natalie prior to our stay detailing access requirements and places to see and eat etc. All in all a lovely stay enjoyed by all.

Long weekend getaway

Perfect ski weekend getaway

You can’t beat the location of this property. It was very easy to hop right on the slopes and catch a lift to the rest of the resort. Also a quick drive into downtown Ellicottville. Natalie was very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. We had some trouble with the lock app but were able to get into the property by other means. A clean and cozy place to stay for the weekend.

This cute little condo is perfectly situated on Holiday Valley mountain. You walk out the door, ski down to the lift, and away you go.

Birthday weekend

Spent the weekend for a birthday celebration with my partner. It was perfect for the two of us. It was a very short drive to the main strip to walk around, shop and eat. It was perfect watching the football games and movies by the fireplace. We would love to stay again in the future!

Memorial Day weekend

We were a bit surprised that the property was two stories below grade. It was quite a hike to unload and load the car. Three flights of stairs and a really long hallway to get to the unit. It is a gorgeous setting and a cute property but you will need to drive everywhere. And be prepared to download software to your phone to access the unit.

Such a Cute Place!

We loved our stay here! The apartment was adorable, everything was just as advertised. The owners were very welcoming, sent clear instructions, and gave some great suggestions for things to do! We will definitely be back!

Cute and cozy

Great stay! Location wasn’t to far from town, Ubers were easy to get back and forth. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend.

Perfect ski in/ ski out

Nicely updated ski in/ ski out condo. Easy parking and bottom floor is perfect for hitting the slopes. Natalie is quick with responses and extremely helpful!

Weekend getaway

Unit was clean and newly remodeled. Well equipped for a weekend stay. Property was quiet and private (non-ski season). It was a short drive into town for restaurants and shops. East communication with owner. Overall good stay.
