Nice stay

Had all what we needed..very clean, quiet and secure…host communicated in timely way. Location was close to bike rentals, grocery stores and was a great home base for us

I was very impressed with this place! It was private and quiet. It had its own little closed in patio! Would definitely stay here again!

Superior stay

Our four night stay here was one of our best travel experiences. The well- designed casita was comfortable, well equipped and very tastefully decorated. It is convenient to downtown Tucson and near shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Limberlost in the city fit our needs

We were pleasantly surprised at the Moranda Casitas. Rooms were spacious, storage great, and private patio unexpected. Only problem we had was limited WiFi for zoom meetings.

Cool steampunk vibe!

We loved this place. Each unit has a unique design. One of the owners (or both) must have great architectural sense. There was a plumbing problem and they responded immediately and made everything right. Good security and parking. Thanks for a great stay!

The road just outside the gates is terrible & the area has a "sketchy" vibe. Again, this is OUTSIDE the security gates of the area. The owner/manager is VERY hands-on & attentive as well as pleasurable to interact with. I fully plan on staying here during next year's visit to see my sister.

Best VRBO in 20 years!

We have been staying in VRBO's for a long time and we both agreed we have never stayed in one that was so thoughtfully put together...it was also very clean and quiet. The furniture was comfortable, the bed was fantastic. The kitchen was meticulously organized with enough silverware, pots and pans, towels, cleaning products. A screen door onto the patio needed attention , I called and literally within 15 minutes it was repaired. Amazing!If we return to Tucson, there is no other place we would stay...

Lots of rules

This property had the most amount of rules that I have ever experienced. Some of the rules were unenforceable and quite honestly laughable (only handwash pots and pans). There is no way for them to know how you washed the pots and pans. Otherwise, the casita was beautiful and was great for us.

Washing pots and pans is a rule that we appreciate because they last longer--we try to buy quality and appreciate it when guests treat our rental the way they would like us to treat theirs. It helps us keep your costs down. Funny, the cynics don't seem to get it. Yes, we have suggestions and cannot police everyone. In our experience, only rule breakers have a problem with our rules. And, the rules are written because of them. Perhaps try the Motel 6 where there are no rules and everything is bulletproof. No kitchen there either. And no gated parking lot. By the way: We went to St. John's and one rule was that we would be charged $70 if we did not dispose of our trash at the local dumpster, a ten minute drive away. Their rules make us look like wimps.

Very nice place on a good spot in Tucson

The Casita has a nice atmosphere. The patio is great for breakfast or an evening coffee. The bed, shower and livingroom were very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.
