This home was perfect for us - it slept three couples comfortably and had a great living room space. We enjoyed the games provided and appreciated the well appointed bathrooms and kitchen.

Beautiful home -so clean

Exactly what the property is called the perfect get away. We were in for a family wedding and stayed at this home. It was nicely renovated and the host was very gracious. Will stay again if we are in the Tampa area again

Busch Garden get away

We stayed 4 nights in Tampa for a visit to Busch Gardens. The house was nicely updated and very clean. The foosball table was the perfect addition for family game night.

Great stay for my 30th!

The property was wonderful! It’s exactly as advertised! It’s in a central location where everything is a short drive! Plenty of space to hang out with friends and family! Definitely a great find!

Nice, clean place. Overall stay was very positive. Was centrally located for our needs which was a plus. Only main complaint is that shower in bathroom is small.

Perfect family stay

The house was exactly as advertised- while clearly renovated, every room had a thoughtful component- laundry baskets, lamps, dressers to unpack, extra toiletries, coffee for the coffeemaker (I totally forgot to bring some), laundry and dish detergent, the list goes on. The house was well decorated to feel like home and the game room (as the kids called it) kept the littles very happy and occupied. We would absolutely happily stay here again.

Cute, Clean & Convenient

I guess this is not the best neighborhood (according to some Uber drivers) but we had no problems at all! The location was minutes away from everything we wanted to do and the airport. I would stay here again!

Perfect for Us

We needed close proximity to an event within 15 minutes and the house worked great for us! It was very clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. Thank you for stocking some coffee for us too! There is a grocery store nearby as well.

Perfect and Reasonable

Myself and friends came up for a boys weekend and rented this lil gem! My only critique would be change out the pillows when stripping the bedding I was disappointed to see what I’d slept on since everything else was so perfect. The arcade game was an awesome trip through my childhood. Will definitely stay again

Perfect spot!

Christopher was top notch and so was his rental. Everything was as described or better. I was even nervous the hot tub would have issues from prior reviews but it was perfect. The games make it even better. Convenient location. I’m from Orlando and felt comfortable even though the area is not the BEST, cameras made us feel more secure.

fun milestone celebration at relaxed and restful home

My two childhood friends and I celebrated our milestone birthdays here and were very happy with our stay. The house was in great shape, well stocked with everything we needed. The shower in front bathroom was too small for one of my friends who showered in the back bathroom. All else was 100%!

Perfect location!!!

This was the first time we picked a spot with shared parking. There are 3 units on this lot. Fortunately we had our own common area but the other two had to somewhat share their common area. We picked this location because it was central to EVERYTHING. Even though the neighbor may appear a little sketchy, it’s safe. The property manager was very responsive. The home was equipped with all we needed an more (white noise ). We would definitely consider this location next time we’re in the Tampa Bay Area.

Pretty good, but not great

PROS: Christopher was responsive and courteous. The appliances were clean and had enough dishes/cookware to feed my family during our week's stay. The house was (mostly) clean, but the floors definitely needed to be vacuumed and mopped. The washer and dryer being accessible was also a life saver. CONS: The air vents also needed a thorough cleaning as they were covered in heavy dust (possibly mold). I was disappointed to discover that there are two other units on that property which share the yard area. The fence was nice, but there wasn't any green space for my boys to play in as it was all essentially mulched tree bark. The neighborhood is also not somewhere I would choose to stay again. It was not somewhere you could go walking and there aren't any safe parks to take the kids to near there either. Overall, we made due with the week's stay at the house. The AC worked, the video games and foosball table were a hit, and it was central to all the things we were doing on our vacation. The property manager is great and we appreciated his accommodations (letting us check in early and being flexible with the clerical error of not including our two kids on the reservation).

Final four

This was a great late hour find. Had a previous (ABB) cancel on us, had less than a month to try and save our trip. And we found it! Close enough to grocery store and near a bus line. Plenty of room, that we didn’t feel crowded but still had the closeness for a small group.

Great time in Tampa

We went to Tampa to see my future son in law sing in an opera. Then spent the next day at a Beer-Bourbon and Bar b que festival. We fell in love with Ybor neighborhood

It felt like home

My mom and my family really enjoyed the home. We recommend this location to my in-laws as well. Will definitely be back again and hopefully this time for a little bit of a longer day. Everything was clean and the drive to the grocery store or anywhere wasn’t far.

Caution

The place is beautiful and clean. Dont be deceived by the drive time stated. Traffic makes it much longer. Guests staying in the other rental 4 ft from ours had a yelling/screaming match, threats to kill eachother, multiple people hitting one another, gate being slammed all next to the bedrooms. Until 4am. Just a sorry from the host.thethebedrooms.
