A real home from home very well equipped detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool in fabulous setting with ocean, mountain and harbour views & overlooks Fuerteventura golf course 16th green. Lovely large corner plot with garden and several terraced areas, including a large covered relaxed seating area, outdoor dining table & chairs & Canarian style BBQ. Gated access to the heated 8m pool with large terrace ideal for sunbathing. Rooftop solarium with panoramic views. Master bedroom with a king size bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, 2nd double bedroom also with a kingsize bed, ceiling fan & the 3rd bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds, ceiling fan. Double wardrobes in all bedrooms. Family bathroom with bath & a seperate shower cubicle. Spacious living room with 2 sofas , smart TV with multi channels including UK channels, sports & movies. Inside dining for up to 6 people. Free Wi-Fi throughout . All windows have security shutters & mosquito nets fitted.

Great instructions pre holiday from the host and warm welcome from Steve who gave the villa tour.Facilities are excellent and the villa is an excellent holiday location.

Property is in a great location. Approx 9 minute walk to the beach front prom. The villa is very spacious, has everything u could ever need in the kitchen. We were a party of 6 and we have ample room. Beds are very comfy and pillows too. Would recommend the villa.

Fantastic villa, plenty of space inside and outside.Well stocked with crockery, cutlery and other kitchen equipment.Great location and gets the sun all day, the breeze is ideal as it keeps it comfortable around the pool.We will be back next year

Winter sunny break

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Roy. Beautifully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Clearly loved by the owners and cared for by the hosts.

Check in was easy Steve was there to let us and and checked us in The villa is perfect clean and tidyThe kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d have in your kitchen at home big bonus all cleaning products bin liners etc also thereNever had that beforeNice quiet area near to the townWill definitely go again can’t praise the place enough

Like home from home with all its amenities

Spacious , comfortable with adequate private pool. Only 10 mins walk to the nearest beach with clear blue sea. Great hm facilities and plenty of good quality towels for the pool and bathrooms. Great out door seating and table area out of the wind . This is a great all round self catering villa for a family holiday. Highly recomended.

Lived up to the description

The property is in excellent condition and all the facilities are top-class. The location is superb for the beach and supermarket and is very quiet and safe. It was a pleasure and a privilege to spend two weeks in this lovely villa. The property managers, Steve and his wife were very helpful and efficient.

Great property with heated pool and large area with good sunbeds. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Both soft seating and table and chairs outside. Beds were comfortable and water always hot and plenty of it. We were met and shown around by Steve who also cleaned the pool twice during our stay. Great guy, very helpful. Unfortunately the villa suffered a burst pipe in the bathroom during our stay, but steve was straight around to see, then Alan came and fixed it, not what you want on holiday but we cant fault the service and it did not spoil the stay, these things happen. Good area with easy access to the shopping centre and beach. Only bad point is the estate needs a bit of a spruce up, but thats not the villas fault and wont spoil your stay, highly recommend you book a stay.

Villa Roy is a beautiful villa the owner has great taste of decor The only thing I didn’t like was when asked if my sister and her husband could visit one day and MAYBE !!!!! Stay over was told if paid £80 and £20 additional nights so we didn’t bother was only a maybe then told can’t come and use facilities my sister and brother_in-law are 64 and 65 so would of been call in for a coffee or a glass of wine after receiving this message we went to there hotel who were very pleasant and happy for us to visit just would like to let the owner know this

The rates for the villa are based on 2 guests occupying the property with additional guests charged at £10pppn with a minimum stay of 4 nights. In accordance with current VV licensing regulations, only guests registered at the property are able to use the Villa & its facilities.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr guten Unterkunft

Wir haben wirklich schöne 12 Tage in der Villa Roy verbracht. Es fehlt einem an nichts in der Villa. Der Pool ist wirklich ein Highlight, besonders die warmen Temperaturen. Direkt am Haus ist eine E-Scooter Station, wer also nicht zu Fuß zum Abendessen oder Strand gehen möchte, hat hier immer direkt eine Alternative. Wir werden diese Villa sehr gern erneut buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
