The loft boasts a Queen and Cal King bed, but beware of the low ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen, smart TV in the living room, and convertible couch offer comfort and convenience. Enjoy natural light on the porch with picturesque views. The clubhouse, showers, and laundry room are conveniently opposite the cottage, while the pool and dock are within walking distance. Embrace summer days on the river slide or explore nearby trails with your Razors or toys. Accommodating up to 6 people, the home is steps away from the Colorado River and a short drive to Quartzsite. For larger groups, AZO's website features additional homes and cabins. Note: Beds have sheets in the summer; blankets and sheets are provided in other seasons. Rest assured, the exterior is monitored with video cameras for security.

Sonia was a great person to deal with. Answered questions in a timely manner. Was patient when we were having problems with VRBO and booking. The only downfall to the unit is the extremely low ceiling in the loft. Quite difficult to crawl around from the stairs to the bed, and careful when sitting up. Even knowing it was low I still banged my head a couple of times. Other than that it was a great resort on the water.

Great place with nice touches

This house was perfect for our stay, it stayed nice and cool even though it was at one point 120 degrees outside. The mini spit in the bedroom was outstanding!

Perfect spot

Perfect spot- near the river and launch ramp. The house had everything we needed and kept cool even with triple digits outside. Sonia was an awesome host and very quick with communications. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you- we enjoyed the river with the easy launch ramp and fished throughout the day.

Rock and gem show

Good location for going to the rock and gem show in Quartzite. Clean unit. Be aware that the steps to the loft are steep and it has a very low ceiling @ about 3 1/2'. Good for children but not probably older adults. Easy communication with owner. No coffee pot or extra garbage bags.

Lovely cottage, responsive host

Cottage very nice. Host replied immediately to all questions & concerns. I rented for 3 weeks. Location could not hsve been more ideal. Guest is not allowed to control house temperature & blower noisy enough to wake me in the night. Solution was to turn off heat & a/c entirely. No real orientation given but neighbors very friendly & helpful. Cottage was clean (some trash in each receptacle, cig butts & bottle caps in surround, all of which I cleaned up) but full. Only one closet which was full, all cabinets full. No way to use stove without setting off smoke alarm except to open sliders & run 2 big fans. Host was very flexible about extending my stay when I had a medical emergency but charged quite alot for extra 2 nights. All in all a very positive experience.
