We have rented this property for 4 years - the house is very clean, comfortable and well stocked and the location is complete perfection! It's the perfect Cape Cod vacation rental!

We have been traveling to the Cape for many years and we love this area. Close to great restaurants, beaches and a great central location. We have stayed in many different houses over the years it this has been our favorite.

Great vacation!

My family (10 of us) had a great vacation in Dennis. Everything was just as advertised…great house, great backyard, great location. Everything we needed was there.

Great location, nice house

Great house for 2 families. Short walk to the beach. Lots to do in the area. Kids and adults all had a great time and would love to go back.

Great house for our whole family. The kids loved all the games and yard toys. The adults loved the size, ac, and that it is walking distance to a beach that feels private. The perfect cape house. We will be back :)

Wonderful Cape Family Vacay!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well-kept house with our multigenerational family. It is located on a quiet street with a fenced in backyard for my grandchildren to play in. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with a little fridge. There was plenty of room in the house to spread out, and thank goodness for the AC as it was a hot week on the Cape.

Great Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this vacation rental property was just beautiful. It had everything you needed. We enjoyed our stay here. Our whole family loved everything. The beach location was perfect. We would not be disappointed. If he stayed here. Everything was very clean and kept up the only problem that we did have was the shower upstairs was made the fire alarm go off so we figured out a way to not have it do that we open the bathroom window and did something else so that the alarm wouldn’t go off the downstairs bathroom has a small shower, which is fine for me, but for a large person, it would be difficult. The washer and dryer was gray. It worked great but it was very small. It’s an apartment size one just to let you know if you plan on staying here I would not hesitate to rent this again. It was really nice.

Great house- plenty of space especially on deck Great showers and excellent appliances although the dishwasher has a switch on the wall that we didn’t know about in order to turn it on. Our daughter figured it out. We also had a power outage and didn’t have access to the breaker box. But it was a short outage and no issues. Beach is convenient but small- too bad private beaches are so prevelent. We had a blast and the manager/realtor was always available!

Great house, great host. But the beach that is “walking distance” is extremely small and cannot accommodate more than 3 or 4 groups so we had to drive to one every time. Good location otherwise.

Wonderful Vacation Cottage!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our multigenerational family stayed very comfortably in this house for a week. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the patio set-up was perfect for a large group to grill and chill (especially the outdoor fridge). We liked the AC, big kitchen and fenced in backyard for my grandchildren. The house is on a quiet street too!

Pictures didn’t do it justice! Very nice, all amenities supplied. Central A/C was a godsend! Perfect location. Check in went very smoothly and property manager was always available if needed. Would stay again

We had a great time staying at this house with family. Walking distance to beaches🙂

We stayed here for a week at the end of June. The house was clean and bedrooms were all good sizes. Backyard is a great place to hang out and play cornhole with outside bbq and fridge. Easily walk to beaches, restaurants, Sunday School!

Great house

Nice quiet neighborhood. Many nice beaches close by, some in walking distance. The house was a perfect size for my family(5 adults and 1 child). We loved the family room, which was away from the living area a bit; we were able to use that room for my young grandson to sleep in and we didn't have to worry so much about waking him, when the adults were up late playing cards etc. We absolutely enjoyed the fenced in yard, outdoor grilling area and the outdoor shower. We hope to return to this house again next summer! Also, Steve was great to work with during the booking process and checking in and out!

The Perfect House for Families

We loved loved loved this house! The fenced in back yard, multiple bedrooms, quiet street and proximity to multiple beaches / restaurants makes this house PERFECT for families (especially those with young children). We were able to walk to multiple beaches throughout our stay and also frequently visited the Ocean House (which is a few minutes walk) for live music, food and drinks. We would 100% stay in this house again, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

My family and I were really happy with our experience in this beautiful home. The house was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for our extended family. We spend some great nights in the backyard, grilling and eating on the deck. The outdoor shower was a big hit with the kids when coming back from the beach. We were very happy with our experience.
