Second Closest House to the South Beach Entrance

This perfect vacation home is the SECOND closest house to the South Beach Entrance- in just mere 4 minutes you will be walking on a white sandy beaches and swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico

The house offers 3 bedrooms- two with King Size and one with two Twin Size beds. The master en-suite has a large walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a stand up shower. The glass sliders open onto a beautiful lanai where you can have your morning coffee or take a dip in a pool. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and have an adjacent bathroom with a tub.

Full, modern kitchen with quartz countertop and recently updated appliances will provide plenty of space for your most delectable meals. The dining room area offers ample space for your meals as a group.

Living room has a pull out couch that can provide some additional sleeping space. Find your favorite spot on the sofa, turn on the flat-screen TV and host a family movie night.

Slide open the sliding glass door and step out onto private lanai with a heated pool, new Weber grill, high-top seating along with lounge chairs. It’s a fantastic place to spend the day – swimming, lounging, grilling.

Think of everything you could possibly want in your dream vacation home and you’ll find it here. There’s air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, free wi-fi, linens and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials including beach towels, beach wagon, chairs, cooler, and umbrellas for your short walk to the beach. There are 7 bikes for variety of ages along with helmets and one Schwin wagon attachment for bike that fits 2 children. Nuna sleep crib can be provided as well.

Just a short walk- 0.7miles (14min) takes you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden, as well as Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theaters, specialty shops, fine dining (Oyster Society, Marco Prime, Pinchers, Dolce Mare) and much more. Sunset Grille is just a 0.2miles (4min) walk and Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa is within 13 min walk. Live a true island life and leave those car keys upon your check in.

Adorable house, great location

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute and clean. The garage is stocked with lots of great beach gear. Location to the south public beach entrance could not be better!

Amazing stay, awesome host(s)

The place was exactly as advertised (or better). This was a huge relief, as not every property or site meets and exceeds expectations as this home did. Comes amazingly well-equipped, and the beautiful beach could not be closer! Great spot to venture out from, or to chill. Lovely pool, nice rooms, working kitchen to make a vacation relaxing and more functional than a hotel. Hosts were super communicative and made everything smooth. Could not recommend more!

The house is perfect for a family. There’s everything you need. We walked to the beach it’s five minutes and they let you borrow supplies. Definitely can’t go wrong here. They were in constant communication. Super fun and easy vacay for our family.

Beautiful House

The location of the house is very close to public beach access, about a 5 min walk. We really appreciated the beach accessories that was provided for our trip. It made the traveling so much easier especially with young kids. The cleanliness and size of the house was perfect for our family of 8. Kids loved the pool, No complaints!

Loved this place

We had the best time. It felt like home away from home with all pool and beach accessories you could need. They were in touch for anything we needed, but everything was perfect. The beach is 4 minute walk away. The private pool is an added bonus and screened to keep away bugs. Property was clean of bugs as well not easy in Florida. My family had the best time and would recommend. Restaurant and charters recommended by hosts were perfect.

Beautiful property!

We had an excellent stay at this property! Book this (very close to the beach) home. They have everything you need to take to the beach which is very helpful when flying in. Owners had open communication with is for the entire stay. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

THE HOME IS VERY COMFORTABLE. HAS EVERTHING WE NEEDED FOR THE BEACH AND STAYING THERE. IT IS SITUATED JUST RIGHT FOR GETTING TO THE BEACH AND ALOT OF RESTAURANTS. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. POOL WAS GREAT IN THE AFTERNOON. VERY NICE.

Easy walk to beach

The owners were exceptionally friendly andreponsive with questions regarding pickelba ll, restaurants, etc. They didn't upcharge for late checkout (if possible). By the way, if you are into pickleball, the YMCA is just a a few minutes away ($15 day for nonmembers) and so is the Marco Racquet Center ($11 day for nonmembers).

In one word PERFECT

One of the most good to stay at Marco Island. The house is awesome and have all facilities to stay one week or more. Very good communication with owners. For me this stay have 5 starts.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at the Silvia’s home. We have a 1 and 3yr old and they had everything we needed. It probably saved me a full suitcase of stuff that I didn’t have to bring. I felt very safe with the kids around the pool as they have multiple childproof locking mechanisms. The house was one block from the beach which was the best part. When you’re lugging 2 kids, chairs, coolers, towels, toys etc etc you really appreciate the easy walk. Also easy to run back if you forget anything! Everything we could have needed for the beach/pool was already there and in great condition. David was extremely responsive and helpful with all of our travel and stay inquiries and had great recommendations about what to do around the island. We felt very much at home there and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Marco. Thanks David!!!

My best experience for Marco Island

Our experience was amazing. The owner is always available to our requests. Location is espectacular, just 2 block from beach! Only thing was missing a bigger tv in master room., but the rest just what you need to have a blast! Definitely we will return soon. Thank you David ( owner)

We really enjoyed our time staying at this lovely home in Marco. The location to South Beach is priceless! David was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. Family friendly

We are a family of 5 with varying ages from Kindergarten to High School aged kids. The house was clean with beautiful beach decor and a perfect size for our family. The location is perfect for bopping over to the beach and easy to run back to the house for quick bathroom breaks, snacks and/or simply forgetting something. The available beach chairs, umbrella and wagon made it so nice and convenient for us to easily get to the beach and enjoy or time. The pool was fun and refreshing. We also enjoyed the provided bikes for all ages. The homeowners added some fun touches to our stay by sending us fun surprise Amazon packages to make our time even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Wonderful property!

We had an amazing stay! The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The listing is accurate in every way. Very short easy walk to the beach with all the stuff to get you there (wagon, umbrella, chairs with trolley, beach toys, games, etc). We had excellent weather and spent every day on the beach. The pool was great too! We grilled and ate on the patio. Comfortable beds and all the necessities there. Used a pack n play the owner provided for our 18 month kiddo- who was very comfy and slept all night. Sunset grill right by the beach entrance for lunch and drinks was a perfect way to get out of the sun for a minute or bring a margarita back to the beach.

Enjoyed the stay

Great location and nicely equipped house with fully equipped kitchen and bikes were great for riding around. Lots of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and kids toys. Easy walk to beach. Would stay again.

With four little kids, the location was essential upon us choosing this property - its only 4 min walk to the beautiful beach that kids really enjoy- just pack all your essentials in a wagon and you can even come home for snacks or lunch.
