Honestly one of the best trips we've had as a family. It was the cutest log cabin ever! Very clean, well stocked and amazing lookout! We loved taking the paddle boat out to the lake, the views were amazing. Amazing hosts, very responsive and have done a phenomenal job with the place! Will be coming back!!

Our stay on Thunder Lake was wonderful. The house and property are beautiful and exactly as pictured in the listing. The view of the lake from the great room is truly spectacular. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. There was plenty of room for our party of two couples and everything was extremely clean. The hosts were extremely responsive to any of our questions and very nice to work with. I highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Finally, the fishing, even from the dock, was excellent, which was a plus.

Property had all of the comforts of home. Even a reverse osmosis drinking water system. The owners thought of every last detail. If we were to suggest one thing, it would be to add an old fashioned guest book to record adventures for future guests to enjoy.Thank you Bob & Nicole! Would recommend this house with beautiful sunsets over the lake. Amazing! We put many miles on the paddle boat while fishing. Enjoyed a couple of campfires by the shore. Saw a great horned owl and listened to the loons. Just what we were looking for to celebrate our 35th. Cheers to many more!

We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Although the mini-split A/C is located upstairs in the loft, it did a great job keeping the entire cabin cool.The lake view is beautiful, and we had excellent luck fishing—even right from the dock. We caught small & largemouth bass, perch, and pumpkinseed. We also enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor loungers and appreciated the small beach area, which made getting in and out of the kayaks easy.When we arrived, the grill was out of propane, but the owners, who live next door, responded quickly and took care of the issue right away.One small note: the cabin doesn't have bedside lamps, so if you like to read in bed at night, you may want to bring a portable reading light.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this cabin again!

Great place too stay.

Beautiful quiet location, cabin is immaculately clean and very nicely furnished and decorated. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

The cabin was as described, well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need/want to make meals. Ice fishing was superb right off shore. We could come in from the cold and warm up by the cozy fireplace. The location is beautiful. So quiet and peaceful. 5 stars!!!!

Peaceful Lakefront

This cabin had everything we could have wanted for a great stay. Owners provided great instructions, helpful signs around the cabin, and thoughtful welcoming touches. It was just the relaxing getaway we needed!

Great Hosts

Family had an amazing time at the property. Great lake, great fishing, and great atmosphere. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The cabin was exactly as described in the listing. Super clean, nicely decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals. The location was perfect too. We were able to ride our side by side from the cabin each day and hit the trails. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

What a gem!

We just wanted to relax and get away from it all in a nice quiet place for a few days. This was a perfect place to stay. Clean, quiet and beautiful.

Beautiful place on a pristine lake

My wife and I were very impressed with how great this place was - everything seemed brand new. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to make all of our meals. I would highly recommend this place.
