This was our third stay at PrimeHaven. The house was just as lovely and well stocked and the view was just as spectacular as ever! I hope we have the opportunity to get back there again.

Beautiful property with amazing sunset views! Just a short walk to a quiet, peaceful beach. Lewes and Rehobeth and close enough if you want a different beach experience as well. Betsy and Alan were lovely hosts, very attentive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back :)

The host was great. Always available to answer and questions or take care of any issues. The house was very clean. The house had a great setup. The view from the back deck is wonderful. The beach was clean and I thought best enjoyed at low tide. Would recommend this property to any beach lover.

Beautiful home with incredible views. The views of the wetlands were breathtaking through the big windows across the living area. Place was clean and well equipped. Beach is super close. Host communication was excellent- Betsy responded quickly to all our questions. Only issue we had was there were biting flies in the beach area the week we visited. That may not be an issue other times of year.

This was our second stay at this property. It is Clean, a 1 min walk to the beach and we had great communication with the host. The 4th of July parade is always a good time. Husband and kids love to fish from the beach. Even the dog had a great time! We will keep coming back.

This home is very nice and inviting. The views of the marsh are spectacular and there is even a view of the bay from the upstairs loft area! We loved watching the sunsets on the porch and taking walks on the beach. The owners of this property were great and responded very quickly to our questions. My husband and I had a wonderful time.

Nice quiet getaway

The property and house was beautiful and well maintained. It was a real nice getaway. The beach was close by also making it nice. The view of the nature preserve from the deck was really nice.

This is a beautiful comfortable house with a fantastic kitchen next to a pretty quiet beach. We got several gorge sunsets on the back deck over the view of the marsh. We loved staying there. The open plan bedroom on the second floor makes the place feel spacious.

First time at Prime Hook

The home was beautiful and very much as described on the listing. Easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed the beach almost daily. Great location for all ages as we had young children and adults staying. Peaceful, serene, and relaxing.

New Years weekend
