Both bedrooms offer a queen bed, large closet, and desk for anybody sneaking in some work. The living room includes a cozy couch that converts to a sofabed for additional sleeping space.

Cute place steps from shops, restaurants, bars. Would stay again, and so would my mom. We were doing a trip for her 75th. She has some mobility issues but said the stairs weren’t overly steep and the handrail was sturdy. Very clean and no long list of checkout chores

The house was very clean, cozy and for us perfectly for our stay. Very close to restaurants, bars and shops. The host was so kind as to bring our grocery delivery to our fenced in area to make sure we actually got it when we got back to the house. Would stay again!

The house was very cute and clean. I appreciated that there were dishes to use so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal of our stay. We also really appreciated the extra blankets since we’re from a warmer state and not used to such cold nights. It was also in a great location to walk to a ton of local shops, restaurants and bars!

University of Denver

In town for soccer camp and the location was perfect. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and the park. The place is clean and comfortable.

Great Place

Elizabeth was great and very responsive. This place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We could walk to restaurants, shopping, breweries, and a distillery. It's a good location and place to stay.

Great apartment in a good location

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was a great starting point for us, everything is only 10 minutes away. The apartment is updated and very clean.

Gem of a place and handy!

Loved this little house. Great location. Perfect set up in an area within walking distance to restaurants and easy driving around Denver and beyond. Hosts were very helpful and always responsive in case of questions. Nice to have parking, too!

Close to restaurants

On the small side but enough space for our family of five for two nights. Walking distance to restaurants, etc. location may not be best suited for younger children, but great for adults.

This house is a great option for a vacation in Denver. Very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very nice and easy to reach. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Location

If you are looking for a convenient spot where you can walk to bars, restaurants, shops, etc. look no further! The host was also very easy to communicate with! The house also was stocked with all your needs!
