The property is excellent. Property is far away from retail stores. Pantry is empty. They don't even stock basic coffee filter. You have to do store run right after check in. To stay in this property car is a must. We stayed just for few days. Longer you stay the amenities in the property, and the value of the property can be more appreciated.The maid service and the helper are excellent.

Villa Bali - Bach Party

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helped us a lot with booking activities and taxis. The chef served great food and the villa was always clean. The villa was even better than the pictures and was perfect for our 5 night stay One of the rooms had a bit of a damp smell to it. That was the only downside

Great Stay

We had the most wonderful stay at Vila Bali in Morocco and honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the villa itself. The space, design, amenities and attention to detail are truly exceptional and provide that real “wow factor” you hope for when booking somewhere special. The villa is beautifully presented, incredibly spacious and gives you everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and luxurious stay. What really made our experience stand out, however, was the exceptional hospitality we received from Soumia, our housekeeper, and Najaat, our chef. Both went above and beyond throughout our stay and gave us truly first-class treatment. They were warm, attentive, incredibly helpful and always one step ahead of us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their care and attention made us feel genuinely looked after from start to finish. Najaat’s cooking deserves a special mention. The food was absolutely fantastic, with every meal prepared with such care and attention. It felt like having our own private chef and made the whole experience even more special. The meals were delicious, beautifully presented and a real highlight of our stay. Soumia was equally wonderful and kept everything running perfectly behind the scenes. She was so friendly and accommodating, ensuring that the villa was immaculate and that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The only issue we experienced was on the first day, when the electricity kept tripping, which unfortunately meant we were unable to enjoy and use the villa as comfortably as we would have liked initially. However, this was dealt with promptly and efficiently, and once resolved, we had no further issues. We really appreciated how quickly the matter was addressed.

I definietly recommend

The villa is beautiful, its well looked after and was a perfect space for me and my family. We came to stay in the villa after a hectic few days in Casablanca where my son got married. It was everything we hoped for, a private space to relax and be entertained situated not far from Marrakech centre. The staff working at the villa were really good in aprticular Salima and Mohammed, between them they took care of all our needs with a smile on their face, nothing was too much. We had three generations stay at the villa from grandparents down to grandkids and everyone enjoyed their time. We used all the facilities from the hammam to the hot tub. The villa has lots of spaces to relax and chill and some private areas when you need that time alone away from the group. I would definietly recommed the villa. The villa was perfect and the food from the catering was good (taste was perfect) but sometimes it was not enough. The last evening we stayed the food was just not enough and we had to go out and get more food. Most of the time the quantity was good but a couple of times it was just not enough for the group.

Tout : la villa, les équipements, les services, le personnel, l'organisation. -Peut etre laisser un guide sur la ville/lieu du séjour dans la villa ou faire des propositions d'activités par le concierge. -Jeux de société à disposition dans la villa. -Beaucoup d'interlocuteurs différents, pas facile de les identifier au début

Villa magnifique et prestation à la hauteur des plus exigeants.

la villa est magnifique, service impeccable, cuisine excellente. Prise en compte de toutes nos envies. Excellent séjour précisez que la piscine chauffée ne depassera pas 20°en janvier. La villa n'est pas au coeur de Marrakech, elle en est eloignée. Tarif chauffeur excessif

perfect verblijf

Een heerlijke vakantie in deze prachtige villa gehad met de familie. Wat het helemaal compleet maakte was de geweldige crew. Iedereen was super aardig en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader Enorm bedankt voor de fijne tijd. Jullie hebben goud in handen met Nabil als host en de schoonmaaksters. Ondanks er hier en daar wat mankementen waren hebben zij ervoor gezorgd dat het verblijf top was
