A cozy and quiet home, centrally located in a safe, walkable neighborhood in the city of Springfield! Whether you are here for Business, family or fun you are surrounded with many things to do! Near the Cozy home on Cozy Street you will find Mercy Hospital, many restaurants, MSU college, Drury College, JQH Arena, Springfield Cardinals, Wonders of Wildlife National Museum, Mothers Brewing, and very close to Downtown!

Cozy Mansion!

Loved it! Quaint, charming and perfect location if visiting a student at MSU! Lived the decor, amenities and everything about it. Would definitely stay again! The only thing I would change, possibly add a step going up to the porch to make it easier for older folks.

Great Getaway

My sisters and I enjoyed a great weekend getaway. Our host was attentive and quickly responded to all questions I had. The property was cute, clean and quiet. It was as advertised, and I highly recommend!

Perfect Family Spot

We came to Springfield for a family Thanksgiving and the Cozy Mansion housed Grandpa and two of the three daughters and their spouses (in our 60s). The open living space was great and having two bathrooms is always a plus. Only one minor complaint - platform beds are low to the floor and were difficult for my 92 year old dad.

Cozy is right!

Decor was very classy. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was a little run down but we felt safe.

Sweet Home and Great Location

The home was just great! Great location, comfort, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again. It was located in a nice are of town to walk around in the neighborhood in the evening....beautiful homes and foliage.

Christmas Stay

Had everything we needed, it was “cozy” as advertised.With the wet weather, it got a bit muddy around the front entrance. With no pavement leading up to door it was a bit tricky.Everything else was great, communication with the owner was easy, the house was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

Property was beautifully decorated, equipped with all that we needed, and the host was excellent to deal with. Only complaint was the lack of curtains on the windows in the back bedroom and on the back door. Other than that it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Friends getaway

Super clean & was exactly as described on vrbo listing. The owner promptly responded to all questions before and during the stay. This location is just blocks from downtown park center. We plan to stay here again!

Extremely nice place!!

Very roomy and cozy, nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Super clean, definitely not a shortage of hot water, will stay again sometime. Had a conversation with the host, she was super nice!!

Beautiful home!

This was perfect for me and my 2 adult children, we each had a place and didn’t have to share beds, the home is very clean and nicely decorated to be a comfortable place to rest after a long day. Highly recommend when in Springfield.

Name fits it perfect

We were only in town for one night and really weren’t in it for a long time, but it was perfect. Very roomy and clean. It had everything we needed and more. Great location, we went to a Redbird game. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Great, Cozy home!

This is a lovely little home. Just right for the three of us. Great location near the university and food choices. Was very nicely decorated and stocked. The only thing that I would recommend is adding window treatments (like blinds) for additional privacy.

Perfect location!!

We loved this place! It is clean and had everything we needed! There are 3 bedrooms, so we were all able to have privacy. (We traveled with a teenage daughter). All questions were answered quickly (within an hour)! Highly suggest this cute spot. Quiet location & easy access to most everything we wanted to do! Stay here, you won’t regret it!
