Wonderful

Love the view and large patio , love all the decor and having utensils, cookingware, coffee pot and i especially love the seat in the shower so I can sit down and shave my legs.i love the fact that its right off the elevator no over crowded elevators love the bobs grill ... very cheap and my kids loved their food we didnt have to leave to go get supper . I will definitely be back .

From the beautifully decor, to the high end appliances all the way to the little touches like a coffee station, this condo surpassed any I have ever stayed in. Exceeded all of our expectations.

Perfect in every way! This condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The perfect stay🐚💙

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions while still being quiet and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and the touches throughout the condo that made us feel at home. The owner was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.

Amazing stay! Will be back!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm cozy feel. It truly felt like a home away from home. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We had one minor maintenance issue during our stay but it was taken care of immediately. The quick response and excellent communication really showed how much Caron cares about her guests. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely book this condo again. Caron's condo is truly the nicest and most maintained condo we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway with amazing views!

Location perfect, right across from elevator and trash, never heard a sound in the room. Easy access to hot tubs, pools,teaki bar. Rooms beautiful and nicely decorated. Coffee bar was great. Great view from balcony.

We had an amazing time!!

The property was gated with 24 hour security which made our stay feel so safe and secure. The condo was luxurious and Caron went above and beyond adding all the little extras (coffee bar, big flat screen tvs in each room, specialty soaps and the towels folded in shapes of a heart) to make our stay amazing! I highly recommend Carons condos ❤️

We will be back!!!

This is by far the best unit we have ever stayed in at the Summit. Carron has done a wonderful job making this condo warm and welcoming. The decor is beautiful and it was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Was nice to have a coffee bar, crockpot and KitchenAid appliances. The mattresses were comfy. The views amazing. I could go on and on about the condo and Carron hospitality!! Hope to book again soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! From the moment we walked in, it had the perfect cozy, coastal vibe—like a little home away from home. The decor was beautifully done with soft beachy touches that made everything feel relaxing and inviting. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. This condo was everything and then some!

Super clean. Very wonderful finishing touches. Attention to detail. Felt like we were home! Tons of towels. Tons of space. The added beach chairs were a huge plus! Excellent customer service with Caron! We enjoyed our stay and have already rebooked again before we left! We loved that coffee and creamer were included as well! We go to PCB a lot and have never had that! 10/10

When I tell you this was the best place we’ve ever booked, believe me. I’m not a snob but when it comes to rentals, I have high expectations. This place was perfect! Very well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Plenty of towels and bath products. CEILING FANS.. huge plus for those of us who need a fan to sleep! Construction was going on during our stay, but it did not affect us at all. View from the balcony is perfect. Having the grill/bar right below the room was very convenient. Communication was the best ever! Every question, every concern, Caron was on it immediately.. that’s a blessing you don’t often get. The condo has clearly been updated recently and the decorations look like something out of a magazine. Most kitchens have the basic necessities, this one has everything you could ever need or even want! I can’t say enough good things about our experience.. just wonderful!

Great

We had a great time. It was so easy to check in and out. Caron’s Condo beat the other prices and did not disappoint when we got there. There is a small charge when you check in but it was not bad. Kitchen was a tad smaller than we thought, but it did not hinder us at all. We had a great time and would gladly stay here again.

The unit was clean and Carol was nice and prompt w/responses.

The unit was clean and the kitchen was plenty stocked, even had a muffin pan. We love being on the third floor bc we use the stairs mostly, elevators are slow & packed. Carol was nice and prompt to respond to any questions I had.

Beautiful Condo

We’ve stayed at The Summit many years. This condo was probably the nicest. Very well kept and the kitchen is well stocked for every cooking need. I guess the only negative is it’s location. On the third floor so the view was not the best. But the advantage on being on the third floor is you can use the stairs rather than having to wait for the elevator which is always a pain. Too many people for the number of elevators. Especially rough on check in/check out days. I would highly recommend this condo.

Okay overall

The condo looks nicer in pictures that in person. Needs some updates. Issues with the toilet and cracks in fridge. Didn’t like all the maintenance people coming in and out, but was nice owner addressed the issues. Don’t bother with the elevator, we took it once our entire stay. It’s nice they have the tiki bar, food shack and little coffee shop on site. Also, was nice beach chair service was included with this condo.

Thank you for taking time to review my property. This condo was updated during the winter of 2019/2020. I continue to make small updates when time and budget allows. The pictures were actually professionally done in the fall of 2022 so I'm not sure how the property looks different than from the pictures. Thank you for letting me know about the issue with the toilet. I addressed your maintenance concerns as soon as you notified me. Unfortunately, maintenance does have to enter the condo to make repairs, and this is mentioned in the renter agreement. Because this is a vacation rental, there may be times when having maintenance enter the property may be out of the property owners control, thus the mention of this in the renter agreement. I am glad you enjoyed the tiki bar, food shack, and the coffee shop. All my guests appreciate and enjoy the beach chair service which is included for free. Had a good time.

I stayed in unit 312. The unit was nice. It was clean. The best part of this unit is that it had laundry in the unit. It was a great time saver. There was plenty of cookware/dishes/etc and we ate in most of the time. I even used the crock pot to make a pork loin. Beach chairs were included as well and we took advantage of that. There were plenty of towels for showers. There was free wifi and cable. This unit was better than the last one I stayed in a few years ago. If I was going to stay in The Summit again, I would rent this particular unit again. The bar staff at the outside Tiki Bar was great. The pools were clean and one is heated. The little snack shop downstairs...15 minutes to wait for them to put 3 already cooked hot dogs on buns. They were definitely not in a hurry. The day we showed up, the elevator was stuck with a bunch of people on it. The garbage shoot is always full and blocked up. One day I was woken up at 5:45 by staff that had decided that was a good time to rearrange all the deck furniture...ALL THE DECK FURNITURE...around the pool area. Dragging chairs across the cement. It was loud. It was disrespectful. It was ridiculous. This is the second time I have stayed at The Summit. The first time, the college kids pulled the fire alarm twice in one week in the middle of the night. Thankfully, that didn't happen this time. The beaches here are amazing. The sand is fine and perfect and the emerald waters are amazing even though it's still a little cold at the end of March. The March ban on alcohol on the beach wasn't obvious so be warned. The police were patrolling every day. There are a million places to eat in the PCB area. We had good oysters at Hammer Head Freds and good fish at Scampy's. Captain Jack's is a regular destination for us to eat tons of crab legs. Having said all of this....I have been coming to PCB for years now. It is one of my favorite places and I really enjoyed my stay there again this year. If you're not too high maintenance, this is is a good place to stay. :)

I’m glad you found my condo enjoyable. I have many extras for my condo, some are little things like the crock pot, others are big things like the use of beach service chairs. The snack shop is managed by an outside vendor, and I apologize for the slow wait times. I’ll provide this feedback to the condo management association. I wish you had called me about the garbage chutes and the chairs on the deck being re-arranged when that happened. I would have been more than happy to make calls to ensure those issues were resolved in a timely manner. Regarding the alcohol ban, again, if I had known, I would have been happy to call the Panama City Beach patrol to make a complaint. The laws were changed in 2015. I hope you'll stay with us again, and please let me know during your stay if you experience any issues. ~Caron

Will definitely b renting again, owner went above and beyond to make sure we was doing ok, and making sure that we didn't have any problems getting checked in, she was having issues with here cell phone provider so she's reached out to someone else to get ahold of me...excellent view great place 2 stay

Also, being located on the 3rd floor gives you the option to take the stairs if you don't want to wait for the elevator. I'm with you... I love this location.
