King’s Haven was a nice 4 bedroom, 4 bath house. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. With two bedrooms on one floor and two on the other, there was room for privacy and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and furniture were comfortable, but it is time to replace old towels and linens. The pool and spa area was nice, but needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of leaves and debris from trees both in the pool and covering the pool deck area. The outside chairs and tables also needed to be wiped down. There was black mold on them. Matthew, the owner, was very quick to respond to our inquiry about an early check in, and did give us the early check in which was nice. All in all, this is a nice house, but it could definitely use a more thorough cleaning.

This host is amazing. We had a some issues with the hosue and he responded to each inquiry within a couple hours, at most. Often it was within minutes. The house is so spacious and well supplied. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and have space to ourselves. It was so close to the beach, which was most important to us.

First stay better than the second.

We have stayed at this property before and loved it. We saw some decline in the care of the property this time. The host was informed and communicated back to us when we had issues.

Beach & pool fun

Good spot for easy, uncrowded beach time. Nice pool that kids (10, 8, 4) enjoyed for hours. St. Augustine close by for touring & some good restaurants. Loved the French bakery (Une Autre Histoire, La French Bakery)! House was spacious & well equipped. Blu-ray came in handy on rainy evenings with variety of family-friendly movies our daughter brought.

Very comfortable accommodations for 2 couples and 2 singles, with 4 bathrooms. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Loved the exterior deck area. Only negative is narrowness of the driveway. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend.
