NEWLY RENOVATED (Brand New Furniture, Floors, and Paint) 2 bedroom condo, 2 blocks off the square!! Tucked away in Pecan Grove this unit is located in a small charming and quiet complex. Best part of this condo is it is walking distance to the square! Perfect spot for orientation, gamedays, or even just a getaway to Oxford. Please note that is condo is on the second floor in which there is no elevator to get to the condo. There are stairs outside to use to be able to get you up to our unit!

This condo includes:
2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen beds (BRAND NEW)
1 bathroom provided with fantastic towels

Amenities of this 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo include:
Television in the living area with full roku capabilities
A Full Kitchen with all your basic supplies (silverware, plates, cups, and pots/pans)
Along with salt, pepper, olive oil & vegetable oil
Wireless Internet

HOUSE RULES
There are no parties or loud music allowed, as this home adjoins other townhomes with common walls.
No Smoking whatsoever is allowed inside or on the deck of the Condo.
No Pets allowed
Guest will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make

Parking is free and there are two spots located at the complex. However, if you do have more people over they will have to park on the square and walk to the complex! Iit is not a far walk at all!

Absolutely charming condo with beautiful decor. The location was perfect for our weekend in town visiting our student and enjoying an Ole Miss football game.

The apartment is precious, clean, safe and close to the square. Huge kitchen with all the amenities needed! Would love to stay here again.

We loved staying here! We were stressed dropping our child off at school and this was the perfect retreat. Clean, comfortable beds, filtered water from fridge and coffee. Close to town and anything you need. We hope to stay again!

This Condo is was perfect. Very clean, the decor was on point and the location was great. I was able to cook my college son some nice home cooked meals since the kitchen had everything I needed. I am hoping to use this condo again when I go back for an Ole Miss visit.

Absolutely fabulous-they were so helpful. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was huge - tucked away in a great little area less than a 10 minute walk to the square it was great.

Our stay was great! The location is great. It is walking distance to the square and in a safe area. The condo was clean and comfortable. Communication with Kathryn was excellent. I had immediate responses to my messages. Check in and check out were so easy. I will definitely stay again.

Cute, clean and comfortable

Love staying here. Condo is perfect for a quick get away to see our son at UM. Close to bars restaurants and shopping. Great location and very clean.

A short walk (uphill) to the square, location was awesome! Host was easy to contact and they were extremely responsive. Lovely condo and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super clean and well appointed condo right of the Square. This is a perfect choice for a weekend of Ole Miss football. We will definitely come back!

Perfect College Visit!

We are a family from NC that stayed in this unit when we came and toured Ole Miss for our daughter. Location was perfect (right at the square) and unit was clean and spacious. Will definitely try to re-book for future Parent's weekends in Oxford!
