We had a very positive experience with this property. The location was clean and well maintained, and all of the amenities were in good shape. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. The caretakers were also knowledgeable about the area and equally responsive, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place.

Family getaway

Whenever you used the bathrooms in the second floor you would smell it in the master bedroom making it very uncomfortable. Also we we're charged extra for twels and linens however we were short 1 beach towel and 1 bath set. We made it work, overall very nice, safe place.

Manati House

We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. There was mold in the some of the bathrooms and bedroom ceilings. Also the power went out after the storm. The pool was great and the host was very attentive but we will not be going back, way too much money and none of the expectations, they need to upgrade the property asap!

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We take all guest comments seriously and strive to maintain our house in perfect condition. Regarding the bathroom issue, we want to clarify that the flushing problem was due to excessive toilet paper being disposed of in the toilet, despite our house rules advising against it. We promptly sent a plumber to resolve the issue, and he confirmed this was one of the contributing factors. The rest of the toilets were functioning perfectly during your stay. As for the electricity, there were island-wide outages due to storms, which impacted power supply. While our house is equipped with Tesla batteries , we kindly ask guests not to use all air conditioning units simultaneously to avoid draining the battery quickly. We’re also surprised by your mention of mold, as we consistently maintain our property and ensure it is in good condition. Is very sad your low review since we always receive 5 stars in other platforms. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.

Comfortable home for large family

This home was definitely comfortable for a large group. Had all the amenities that we needed. Each room was comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us in a timely manner. Great quiet location and close to the beach. There’s parking right in front of the house. I highly recommend especially if you’re traveling with a large group. Thank you again for your hospitality.
