The apartment is bright, spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is convenient to have parking on site; we just parked our car for the weekend and used mass transit (with a stop just down the street) to explore the city. This is an excellent alternative to the super-pricey Loop places (and only a subway stop away).

We had a great stay here! There were five of us in Chicago for the BTS concert at Soldier Field, and the house worked out perfectly for our group. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the five of us. Everything was well kept, and we had everything we needed during our stay.The location was one of the biggest perks. We were close to Chinatown, had easy access to public transportation, and getting to Soldier Field and downtown Chicago was very manageable. We were able to explore the city, visit the Art Institute, grab food, and get to and from the concert without feeling like we were staying too far away from everything.We also really appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after long days walking around Chicago — and especially after the BTS concert! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property for a group of friends or family visiting Chicago. If we come back for another concert or trip, we would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for the Chicago boys volleyball tournament at McCormick Place. This was a great location, very clean and spotless. It had all the amenities you need for a longer stay, kitchen was stocked, bathroom was stocked and we didn't need to pick up anything extra for our stay. There was enough room for all 6 of us in our group, adults and teens. Central heating/A.C was a plus, kept us Floridians warm.The host contacted us before our stay with all the information and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Bridgeport can be a noisy neighborhood. The noise level here made it hard to sleep. Semi trucks on the Stevenson Expwy, ambulances on surface roads, and some weird, up-all-night neighbors playing electric guitar music. The in-unit heat source was super noisy without sound insulation. The laundry is really useful and the kitchen is clean. I wonder if the local residents resent the place being turned into a tourist unit rather than made available for a local family?

I did not see any pictures of the outside of the apartment building, so I wasn't sure we were in the right place. The outside and hallway look very different than the inside, which is what I saw pictures of. There was a very long and narrow staircase that I didn't see before booking. It wasn't bad for most of us, but I had two elderly people with us and it was a lot for them. The hallway had a very strong food smell, but you could not smell it once inside of the apartment.The apartment itself was very nice and clean and looked like the pictures, but was smaller than I thought. It worked for us over the course of days we were there. The biggest of three issues we had was being without internet for most of the stay. Upon arrival, the tv wasn't connected and then our devices wouldn't connect. I alerted the owner and it turned out to be building-wide. However, we were told it was back on and working and that was not the case. It wasn't restored until late on the last night we were there, thus we were without internet for almost all of our trip. I thought the owner might offer us some money back because the internet speed and availability was listed multiple times in the description, but that did not happen and I did not ask. I will also note that there was only one tv in the apartment, as I did not realize that was the case. The other issues were the drain in the bathroom and the faucet in the kitchen. Maintenance came to fix both of those issues rather quickly.

Birthday Girls Weekend

Weekend girls trip to Chicago 9 of us rode the train so we Uber everywhere. Easy check in, place was just as seen in pics and very clean. We stayed on the 2nd floor there are stairs and narrow but doable (this we expected by reading previous reviews)There were toiletries available in the bathrooms in case you forgot something. I made sure everyone brought their own towels. (Reading previous reviews I learned the towels are thin, which is correct) Beds and pillows were comfortable 2 of the girls slept on the futons which was kinda of uncomfortable, but they do offer foam mattresses. Hot water never ran out with all 9 of us taking multiple showers each day (huge plus for me)Overall we were all comfortable and would stay here again.

We had a great stay here. This spot was very clean and a very convenient location close by Chinatown. It was an easy 3 minute walk to the bus stop or 15 minute walk to the Orange Line train station, which was great for us. When we noticed and issue with the AC, the host responded back quickly and got a maintenance person on it right away. 8 of us stayed there and the water in the bathrooms stayed hot, even with back to back showers. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience and extra towels were in the closet. One person stayed on the futon with the foam mattress on top and noted it was very comfortable. There was a Brita pitcher and a Keurig available to use as well for refilling water and making morning coffee. Just needed to buy our own k-cups. We would definitely stay again!
