Come enjoy this perfect get away on Lake Wedowee! Incredible views will greet you once you enter this home. The large, fully stocked kitchen and an even larger family room is perfect for a family gathering. The master bedroom is located on the main level along with a full bathroom and washer/dryer closet. A large (shaded most of the day) deck is just the ticket for grilling and relaxing. One of the most convenient features of this property is that the dock is only a few steps away. No steep stairs. Speaking of convenience, Wedowee Marina is right next door, and the town grocery store is less than a five minute drive away. Sun and fun are plentiful on the lake shore. Whether you choose to swim, kayak, or just enjoy a good book, we are sure you will have an amazing vacation!

It was a family- friendly house. The dock needed some updating, it was old and falling apart. The bed in the master bedroom needed a new mattress. The view from the house was beautiful!

Family Vacation

What an awesome weekend. Perfect house, perfect stay, perfect view. Rented and docked a boat here. First time I've done a family vacation with my grown kids and their families. Everything was perfect.

Great Lake House

This house was perfect for my family of 4 and grandparents to stay while visiting for a baseball tournament. Kids loved the kayaks! Will come back to visit Wedowee again! Thank you!

4th of July

The place was awesome! We loved having our family and friends over for the 4th! Lots of room to have people and a short walk to the water! Everything was cleaned and tidy. Owners are very nice as well! We will definitely be coming back.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this VRBO! We travel pretty frequently and we’ve had a lot of experiences with Vrbo hosts and I can say with confidence that this was the easiest host to communicate with! The house was SO cozy and absolutely gorgeous with a BEAUTIFUL view of the sunrise in the lake in the morning! TVs were easy to use and login to so we could watch cartoons and football! We will be staying here again the next family gathering in wedowee or if we simply want a weekend getaway at the lake! 1000/10!!!!

Vacation

Rental was as advertised. Clean. Convenient to get to. Short walk to the water. Short drive to the boat ramp at Lakeside. Fishing was great. Caught several crappie right off the dock! Able to check in early. Which was a bonus and much appreciated. Everyone had a great time.

Lake We - WOW - wee!!

This house has a spectacular view of Lake Wedowee! It was clean and spacious! Kitchen fully stocked with supplies! The master bed was super comfortable! The layout of this home was amazing! Master with its own bathroom down stairs has tons of privacy! But the view… Really can’t beat the view! We woke up every morning ranting about the view and enjoyed our breakfast on the deck! We did a little fishing off the pier! Loved our stay! The owners communication was incredible! He was super helpful! Looking forward to going back to Wedowee!

We had a wonderful stay overall! The property has beautiful views, and the dock was definitely one of our favorite features. It was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the scenery.The home itself is a bit dated, and a few of the couches could use replacing for added comfort. We also had an issue with the TV remote not working, so we had to download an app to operate the TV. Additionally, there seemed to be quite a few flies during our stay.That said, the host was excellent with communication and was very responsive throughout our visit. The location, views, and outdoor space made for a great experience, and we enjoyed our time at the property. With a few updates and minor improvements, this would be an even better place to stay.

Beautiful property right on the water! Easy walk to the dock! The hosts were very nice & amazing at communication! The WiFi was down and it was fixed very quickly. We will definitely will be renting this property again!! We had the best time!

Lake House

The lake house was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. The location was ideal - close to marina and boat dock, close to grocery store and town, and was close for my family to visit. The owner responded promptly to any questions that we had and was very friendly and personable. My family and I will definitely rent this house again!

Great Location

Property is located on a quiet street right off of 431 by the Wedowee Marina. Direct access to the lake, and a nice dock. Large family room with large windows for looking down at the lake. Well kept, and in good repair. Would definitely stay there again.
