Newly renovated cute 2 bedroom harbor beach cottage in the heart of the beautiful seaside town of Marblehead, MA. "Sea La Vie" is just steps from Marblehead harbor, downtown restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping and a quick stroll to the beach.

There are 2 parking spots in a private driveway, but if you do not have a car no problem! You can check-out breathtaking views of Marblehead Harbor right around the corner. The cottage is located a few blocks from some of the best restaurants and shops in town. The property is within close proximity and walking distance (less than a mile) to some of Marblehead's most popular beaches and historic Old Town.

This adorable harborside cottage has it all. Here is a list of amenities:

- Modern, fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and quartz countertops designed for cooking & entertaining - and a Nespresso machine!
- Updated technology including: key-free lock system (with personal entry code), Ring doorbell system, Nest thermostats, Echo smart speakers, Free High-speed internet & Wifi.

Great spot in Marblehead

We had a fantastic stay here. We are actually neighbors and had an urgent need for quick stay at very short notice and they more than accommodated us. It fit our needs perfectly and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a home while they explore Marblehead and the North Shore

Perfect Stay

We booked this place for a bucket list Salem Halloween trip. Perfectly outside Salem ($10 Uber into town), but we fell in love with Marblehead. We WILL be back. This house was perfect, clean, perfect location, could not ask for more 💕

Great place for a Salem Vacation

Just outside of Salem, it truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed spending the nights in watching horror movies. Perfect for families.

Charming cottage - great location

We loved our 3 night stay in Marblehead. The property was in excellent condition, the location worked well for our purposes and the home was well equipped with anything one might need for a short stay. We especially appreciate access to a large washer and dryer and the off street parking. The location is very walkable. It was more than I wanted to spend, however I think it was worth the price.

Wonderful little cottage in a lovely, quiet New England seaside village

Everything about our stay was terrific! The house is old and feels historical, but it's also renovated and has all the modern amenities. It's comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing, cooking and enjoying time with the people you love. And it's just a short walk to the ocean and some great local Marblehead shops and restaurants. It is also a quick drive over to Salem, which was great. We also drove up to New Hampshire and Maine for a day trip, and that was a quick drive up as well. Fantastic location, beautiful home, highly recommend! And if I'm up in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Delightful Cottage

A sweet, small summer cottage within walking distance of much of Marblehead. The owner has decorated it well, and has provided everything one might need. Excellent communications, except VRBO listing lists various number of bedrooms. There are two bedrooms, one bath.

Great spot!

We loved our time on this sweet street and neighborhood. Kitchen and dining room table area are perfect for visiting. Outdoor space with comfy chairs was a bonus. Excellent location for walking and running. We were in Marblehead for an event and had a great time with this homebase that really felt like home.

The best location in Marblehead!

We've rented locations in Marblehead several times and this one is just perfectly situated and gorgeous. It's clearly all been recently redone in a darling seaside theme and it's just so, so charming. It has everything you need and you can walk to anywhere in town very easily. Highly recommended for a small family or two couples.

Sea La Vie was the perfect winter retreat!

So happy I found this hidden gem! "Sea La Vie" was the perfect retreat, Marblehead is such a beautiful and quintessential New England town! The home was in immaculate condition and the hosts were responsive and very friendly! The location is just as described and the harbor, restaurants and shops are just a short walk from the property. Looking forward to scheduling my next visit this summer!

Wonderful stay at Rob and Sarah's cottage

We loved our stay at Rob and Sarah's cottage. The house is in a great location not far from the beach and numerous lovely restaurants. The house is spacious, has all the amenities you may need, is beautifully designed and clearly taken care of with much love. There are two parking spaces. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend!

Marblehead & Salem Family Vacation

This was our first vacation to the area. It is absolutely beautiful! And the rental home was fabulous & very clean! It is centrally located within walking distance to the ocean. And just a 15 minute drive to Salem. Our vacation was centered upon Salem, but the town of Marblehead is quaint with cute shops too. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Beautiful little, house in a fun, old town

The house is just as nice as it looks in the photos: everything is in great condition, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It's small, but not at all cramped. We traveled with a toddler, and appreciated that one of the bedrooms had a large enough closet for him to sleep in his pack-n-play. And we loved the relatively private patio space. It's also located in walking distance of both the town center (5min walk) and the more historic section of Marblehead (10-15min walk). The host was also very communicative and accommodating. The place was everything we expected and more. We'd love to visit Marblehead again, and when we do, we'll definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!!

My girlfriends and I have been planning for years to do the Salem trip. When we couldn't find anything in Salem I came across this cute and beautiful place! It did not disappoint one bit! The place was so clean and the location was perfect! They also had some great restaurants right there in Marblehead. We also walked down to the water for the views . It was honestly perfect for us and I will most definitely be coming back with my husband. The only thing it was missing was a full body mirror for us ladies, other than that it was great! The owner was also wonderful for contact for us! Thanks for an amazing stay and experience!

Relaxing, Upscale, quick walk to downtown

My family had a great trip and loved this property! Decor is really beautiful and simple and coastal- all bringing in the local feeling of this New England coastal town. The kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. My niece slept on the pull out couch (15yo) and was very comfortable. The beds upstairs also gave great nights’ sleep and we were all happy. This house was just enough for us (2 adults and 4 kids 15,13,10,7.) We kept noticing little pops of character and thoughtfulness throughout our stay. Cute decorations and quality amenities! There were THREE different coffee makers! And since I love coffee, this impressed me! (A regular machine, a keurig and a nespresso.) My 7yo daughter was up early every day, and we found a stash of board games to keep us busy and quiet. Also, this home is nicely located for visiting Salem and Boston. We did some history and ghost tours in Salem and also visited some Boston colleges. This property is only about a block from the town center, too, and there is great shopping and plenty of food- coffee, boba, cafe and snack options! A short walk in the opposite direction put us on the water- so beautiful! Would certainly come here again! Thank you to the hosts for sending a warm welcome email with recommendations for where to go and being available to us- though we didn’t need anything during the stay- everything was already taken care of for us!!
