Thank you for staying with Vacation Rental Collective, and for completing a review! We were happy to host you and your group and are glad you had an enjoyable time. The property is not advertised as having A/C, as none of the condos at the Cascade Village do, since it's not needed for 10/12 months of the year. Sorry you did not notice this in the amenities for the property. We are glad that we were able to install the screens for you, during your stay, to help with ventilation and air circulation. Although we want our guests to have an experience without any issues, we recognize this is not going to be the case sometimes. We are glad that we were able to address the issues you encountered within an hour time frame. We hope we can have the chance to forward to host you again in the future!
