Come stay at our clean and spacious home located in a quiet Bemidji neighborhood! 

This is a true home away from home. With 7 beds in total including 2 kings, 2 queens, and 3 twins, there's plenty of space for you and your group! A fully stocked kitchen gives you the opportunity to whip up a home cooked meal and enjoy a cup of Caribou coffee from our keurig. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, a portable baby crib, a high chair, etc. are provided. A washer and dryer are located downstairs. High speed wifi powers your devices as well as the 5 smart TV's that are located in both living rooms, and the three upstairs bedrooms. These TV's are equipped with Hulu live TV so you can watch NFL on Sundays, Peacock, so you can watch The Office and HBO Max. 

A private fenced in backyard with a large patio provides a great place to play yard games, grill, have a campfire and hang out. Inside you'll find a house filled with many amenities, cozy beds, a gas fireplace, two living areas, and a game room with a pool table. A smart thermostat makes it easy to control the heat and AC throughout the seasons. This home is a terrific place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the one of a kind city of Bemidji!

Our guests love the convenience of this rare home as it is 2 miles from downtown Bemidji, 1/2 mile from the Sanford Center, 1/2 mile from boat access to Lake Bemidji, and within easy walking distance to a beautiful park.

Simple Self check-in is provided. An attached 2 car garage is available for use as well as the additional free parking spaces on site.

A perfect home away from home! This cozy home is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with a park 2 blocks away. Hosts answered all of my questions within the hour and were very kind. Home contains plenty of indoor activities for the kiddos, a well-stocked kitchen, and a nice fenced yard. There is plenty of parking for larger groups, and even an outdoor kennel available for your furry children! We had an excellent experience with this property and highly recommend any property managed by these guys!

Location was perfect and within walking distance to Sanford Center and the lake. House was immaculate and check-in was easy. Amenities were more than expected. The beds were very comfortable and easily accommodated the four adults. This home was a better alternative to hotel rooms.

We enjoyed this stay very much. It’s such a cute house. There was plenty of space, loved the fenced in back yard. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was roomy, and nice to be open to the dining room. It was decorated very nicely.

This property was perfect for our use. The house was great. The neighborhood was interesting. Plenty of space to spread out.The mattress covers on a couple of beds were stained and the can opener did not work.

The house overall was very clean and was accommodating for our group. The communication with the hosts was wonderful, they were extremely prompt in responding. There was a concern when we walked in that we addressed with the hosts, they were aware of this issue but unfortunately didn't relay it to us beforehand. Our only other complaint we had was the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.The property was close to hiking spots, great restaurants, shopping and water access.

We really enjoyed having a place to relax with family while we were in town. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had all the things we needed for our stay.

We loved the house & backyard! It was cozy, comfortable, and enough space for 7 adults, one 17 month old, & one golden retriever without feeling cramped at all. We all agreed the next time we come to Bemidji we want to stay here again!

Perfect for family stay to attend a wedding

Five bedrooms worked out great for the family to attend Navy family member's wedding. Location was close to church, grocery store, and restaurants.

Northern Minnesota family get together

The unit was setup for a family get together, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and room for all. Location is great, close to everything we needed. Would stay again.

Great property, great location in Bemidji, great hosts. Jon came at 10 PM to rescue a bunny from the window well, much to to relief of our grandkids. Clean, thoughtful amenities, appears newly painted. Highly recommend!

Nice place!

Nice and clean house with room to spread out. Perfect location for us with relatives nearby! Could use bigger/better refrigerator, otherwise excellent!

We grew up in the Midwest and can't get away! I came to school in Bemidji three years ago. My brother, David, works for the DNR out of Bagley. We bought this home shortly after I came to BSU. David and I have put in hundreds of hours of work into this one of a kind house. While we aren't working on the house, we love to golf, hunt, and fish. We are so excited to be able to offer our home to you!
