Love this property! Second time we used it. Thermostat battery upstairs is very low/needs replaced before the cold sets in. Thanks again.

Pros: The location is close to many stores and restaurants. Each of the 3 bedrooms had an attached bathroom which was very nice, the communication from the host was great, and the kitchen was well stocked.Cons: It wasn't as clean as we would have liked. At the request of the host, we didn't wear shoes in the house and our socks got very dirty like the floor wasn't very clean. We also found crumbs on the desk, couch and floor and there were several long, dark hairs in the bathroom upon our arrival. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the cleaners were just in a hurry that day. In addition, there was a Ring camera in the garage so you are being watched every time you enter or exit. Overall, it was a good stay and we slept well but wish it had been cleaner and thought the camera was a little strange.

Thank you for your comments. We usually can depend on our cleaners to take care of those issues you mentioned. We try to maintain a cleaning rating of 5 and consistently do. Your score was the lowest we've had since we started renting. We did have a new cleaner previous to your arrival. We'll make sure we don't use her again.
