Wonderful property, right on the beach and perfect for our fall getaway. Not only was the property well maintained but so many little “extras” that truly showed that the hosts go above and beyond for their visitors. The hosts communicated well and often with us. The location could not be better- not only in relation to the beach, but also how close the property is to Pompano Joe’s, CVS, Walmart, Alvin’s Island, etc. You will not be disappointed in booking this property! We look forward to going again!

This was the perfect place for our family. The parking was easy with ample room (which is rare for beach access houses). The unit was clean, and all appliances worked. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach, which is a must have for kids. We lived everything about this place. We will definitely book again.

I've never stayed anywhere where the beautiful ocean was just right outside the door!

Had an excellent view of the ocean on upper and lower deck! Loved everything about the place! Absolutely beautiful! Home was clean! Had everything we needed! Decor in home was too cute! Love the ocean and just to sit and listen to it was my favorite thing! Location was perfect!

This is truly a diamond in the rough. Perfect location, clean and stocked. The private beach was nice, chairs and umbrellas are provided. The owners were so nice and quick to respond. We'll certainly be back.

Amazing location and wonderful host

The place is wonderful, had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. Location is incredible! Ann was great, helpful and welcoming. We'd love to come back!

Amazing location

Location is perfect! We met the owners and they are great! Have us great advice on places to eat also. We liked that the beach was private with owners that would enforce that. Would love to come back!

Right on beach - very convenient

Place was very nice, decks were convenient on 1st and 2nd story. Weather was disruptive during our week stay with high winds, surf and rain but other than that place was great.

Easy check-in, great communication from owner. We have stayed at Costa del Sol on 2 prior visits. This was by far the cleanest and most well-taken care of unit. We would stay here again if available. Owner has detailed instructions and info on restaurants and activities close by. We like the light switches are labeled, so its easy to figure out which lights come on. Highly recommend staying here. Beds were comfortable too.

Amazing beachfront gwtaway

We LOVE the properties of Costa Del Sol and this unit was no exception. No place better in all of Destin and surrounding areas to enjoy direct beachfront living! Private beach, great owners and the property is the best!

Pirate's Perch Paradise

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Mack and Ann were wonderful. The KINDEST owners we have ever encountered. The home is exactly as the pictures describe. Being steps away from the beach is perfect. Pirate's Perch will be the only place I want to stay while visiting Miramar Beach from now on!

Perfect!

Everything was wonderfuf! Pirate's Perch was equipped with everything we needed and is a lovely unit. Only steps to the beach. Communication from the owners was clear, timely, and so welcoming. We certainly hope to return for many years to come!

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay, with the beautiful beach located just a few steps outside the back door. The condo was tastefully decorated, in a coastal theme, with very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was well-stocked - loved the fact that the refrigerator kept everything cold! The condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed meeting Mack & Ann and will definitely book a future trip. Thank you!

Great Stay at Pirates Perch Destin

We loved Pirates Perch. It was right on the beach. Steps from the water. The owners were so great to work with, and very generous offering their beach chairs and toys. We appreciated things like having dish detergent, soap, and even salt being provided. Parking is tight, but you park right at your door, making loading and unloading simple. We look forward to returning in the future!!

Nice place, steps from the beach

Loved that this home was just steps away from the beautiful clear blue ocean and soft white beaches. The townhouse was cleaned with very well stocked kitchen. They also had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. You can tell they had thought through everything someone might need. The owners were very helpful and friendly. They stayed on site in the basement level with a selection entrance and were eager to help with anything we needed. We all had a great time.
