Great place on Seabrook Island

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Nice quiet location that was well maintained. I appreciated the amenities and location. We would stay here again

Quiet and serene

We enjoyed our stay! The condo unit was fantastic and the amenities in the area were great.

Wonder property on Seabrook Island

This property was perfect for our three generation family. Super comfortable, convenient and centrally located, and well appointed with anything you could want in a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

It would be nice to have a bathroom mirror over the sink upstairs in bedroom facing parking lot. Was awkward - no mirror anywhere in that room.

Summer Beach Week

Fantastic condo, great location! Community pool was so convenient and beach was a short distance away. We had a great week and will definitely book this condo again in the future!

Fabulous Spring Break

What a wonderful time on Seabrook Island. The condo was fabulous - quiet neighborhood, next to a community pool and bike-hiking trails. Close drive to the beach.

Seabrook condo

This was a great condo for the family. Clean and spacious and well set up. The process with the property manager could not have been easier. Highly recommend.

When we arrived one of the king beds was caved in

Great stay!

Great location, down a quiet street. Very clean, has been recently updated. Back screened porch could us a good leaf blower but it’s in the woods so understandable. The kitchen could also use some newer pots/pans but those are all minor & easy fixes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

Fun stay

The property was as expected from the pictures; it was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay except for one exception we did not expect a fifteen dollar fee per person and a five dollar towel rental fee per person to use the indoor pool. The beach was beautiful with lots of dolphin sightings. I would give the stay a five a five star rating if it was for the amenities fees, I understand paying the daily usage fee of thirty three dollars but not the charges per person for swimming and especially for towel rental.

Thank you Delilah, There is a $15/person fee for use of the indoor pool/fitness center. This is publicized in the fees for the Club, just as there are additional fees for golf, tennis and horseback riding. I am sorry you didn't see it. Glad you enjoyed yourselves! I think when you have your final inspection you need to i Stress the importance of looking at all

Did not expect so many steps to climb to get to the house some deficiencies which were noted with the phone calling corrected but it was still kind of disappointing all in all it was a good stay

Beautiful home!

My family has vacationed on Seabrook for over thirty years, and we love the location and amenities of the Live Oak villas. This home could not have been more comfortable, and it was a pleasure to spend the week there!
