We sincerely apologize for the lack of privacy between units, the neglected planters, and the insufficient lighting throughout the apartment, hallway, and stairs, including the broken switch outside the unit. This should never have gone unaddressed, and we're arranging for these issues, along with the cleanliness concerns and damaged towels, to be resolved as a priority.
