Please read the entire description before booking. This is the lower half of a large lake house. There are no shared interior spaces and the space is as pictured here. Gorgeous pool and outdoor kitchen are yours alone to use.
There is a freshly renovated 1979 classic 27 foot sailboat for you to enjoy. Full shore power, Air Conditioning, TV/DVD and a comfortable berth for overnight stays. It's a great place to relax and watch a sunset or to go down below and feel like you're island hopping in the tropics.
Large and spacious interior with fun colors and decor. Close to Universal, downtown Orlando, and 13 miles from Disney attractions. A one of a kind hidden gem perfect for a family getaway!
Use of the heated spa is included in the listing price. The cost to heat the pool is $70/day. Please indicate ahead of time if you want the pool heated so that I can invoice for it and get the heater on before your arrival as it can take 24 hours to warm up.
