Cabin Borders Zaleski State Forest 40 Private Acres with Stocked Pond

Cabin is also used as guest house so it is close to the main house. We are an operating farm and have the usual farm noises. Private Full bath is located near cabin in Barn.

During your stay you can hunt or Fish on the private property. That is the only hunting allowed on the property. We are bordered on three sides with Zaleski State Forest. Also, depending on the time of year the fishing can be great on Raccoon Creek which we also border. Spring produces good sized Bass. The rest of the year you never know what you might catch. We rent Kayaks for use on Lake Hope Kayak or bring your fishing equipment for the sticked pond..

We have a small Stocked pond with Large Mouth Bass (catch and release only). Hiking trails nearby. Horse back riding, Hocking Hills attractions and Lake Hope are all within 20 minutes.
