Welcome and enjoy our picturesque cabin nestled in the beautiful meadows of the two highest peaks in Colorado! Where you can hike the highest 14ers! Fish the gold medal water, that are only 100 feet away. You’re just minutes away from Turquoise and Twin Lakes, where you can fish, boat, or enjoy all the water sporting activities the lakes have to offer. If you’re a hunter, you’re in the prime location. Only 20 minutes away to enjoy a family ski day. But if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery, you couldn’t have picked a better place! Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the front porch swing. Washer and dryer. Easily accessible from the main highway and plenty of parking for trailers. Back patio is equipped with a gas bbq grill and seating area. End the perfect day getting cozy around the fire pit.

Retreat Leader

I rented this VRBO to take a small group of women on a Christian Hiking Retreat. This cabin went above and beyond my expectations. It had everything we needed even down to robes and hot tub towels. It was so clean and spacious. Gorgeous views and easy access to the Arkansas River and trails!

Beautiful views and perfect house!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family! Everything was clean and well kept, couches and beds were very comfortable! Kids loved the hot tub and the front porch swing! It was quiet and easy to get to Aspen for a day of fun and to Mount Elbert trailhead for hiking! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great stay

The house was perfect. Nice quite and clean. Easy to get a hold of the owner when I had a question about the fire places. He called right away. Was a great stay I will be renting again.

Hidden gem!

This cabin had all the comforts! Completely updated with lovely fireplaces warming things up when we arrived. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing, and everything was clean. We hope to stay here again.

Great cabin and location

We loved this cabin and the hot tub!!! We had a hiccup with the heat, but they called and and got it resolved quickly. My only advice is they need to add a hair dryer lol!We will be back!

Lovely and Peaceful

We were delighted with the cabin. It was so relaxing and we didn't have any problems. Host had everything you could want to enjoy the stay. Fire pit and Jacuzzi was a plus. We would definitely return. It was a nice reset for the family we didn't want to leave it was like being right at home. Thank you

Relaxing Retreat

Fantastic place for a relaxing getaway! Gorgeous views, easy access to fishing. Hot tub was ready and even provided robes! Everything was clean, kitchen had everything needed! Quiet from town! canin.

House on the prairie

This is a lovely little house on the prairie (actually quite large) and very very comfortable. Thor tub under the stars was great, The House is in the middle of nowhere (quite clear from the description) but that is the nature of the area and part of the experience. Highly recommended

Perfect Place to Enjoy Colorado

Stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved this house. It's not very far between Leadville and Twin Lakes and makes it easy to go into town, but you feel very private at it's location. Beds were very comfortable, the whole house is built around a comfortable vacation spot for a family.

Ski Vacation

Perfect location. Plenty of room for Family with adult children. Activities included Ski Cooper & dog sledding. Clean, fireplaces were an added bonus. Would return again.

This home is a great place to stay. The listing pictures don't do it justice. Home is nicely stocked, hot tub is great, and the stars were amazing. Our family would definitely come back to the area.

Perfect cabin getaway

This was our second time and it just fits us perfectly! Everything you need in the kitchen, games, hot tub, beds are comfortable, you just feel right at home! Perfect location not too far from town and close to hiking and fishing.

We LOVE this cabin!

This was our second stay, and we loved every minute of it! The cabin is perfectly located for exploring Colorado, and it is up to date and very clean. Everything about this rental was perfect, and we hope to be back very soon. Owner is super friendly, and gave us advice for off-road trails that led us on wonderful adventures!

Just perfect!

Everything was perfect! Enough space, enough kitchen ware, enough activities, perfect location, just the perfect little place! Can’t wait to come back to hike the 14ers nearby and fish all the lakes and rivers. Stargazing is amazing in the hot tub and fire pit was a perfect place to make s’mores!
