Discover Seaside Cottage, the ultimate location in Flagler Beach! Our bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage with bonus room is dog-friendly and just steps from the ocean, next to the Pier, and surrounded by all the best that Flagler Beach has to offer.

Leave your car behind and explore on foot – everything from restaurants and bars to shops, galleries, museums, and of course, the beach, are just a short walk away!

The space
Seaside Cottage provides a comfortable and inviting stay with its well-appointed interior and thoughtful amenities. With two bedrooms furnished with queen beds and TVs, the split floor plan allows for privacy and is ideal for families or small groups.

The living area is spacious, boasting comfortable seating and a large smart TV, perfect for entertainment after a long day at the beach. An additional bonus room is available, equipped with a full-size futon, a dining area, and another TV.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials needed for cooking meals during your stay. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available on the property.

Enjoy the enclosed, pet and kid-friendly private back patio, complete with a grill and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The various dining options include a bistro table in the living room, a fold-out table in the Bonus Room, and an outdoor table with an umbrella.

For your convenience, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, a beach tote, and a wheeled beach cart. A workspace and fast WIFI are also available for those needing to stay connected during their stay.

Wonderful cottage GREAT HOST!

Husband and I reserved fairly last minute for a spontaneous weekend away. Was great that cottage was pet friendly….so we were able to bring our dog along! Deb (host) was great with communication and suggestions for the area.Cottage is beautifully appointed and very cozy and comfortable. Close to everything. 2 blocks to beach Close enough to walk…far enough away to miss any traffic or crowds at beach.Flagler Beach is a great friendly beach community. Already looking forward to visit again. Cannot emphasize enough how great our stay was!

Summer 2024

This is our second visit to this lovely cottage and we will be back again next summer. Great location and stocked with everything you need, we love coming to our little home away from home to enjoy a few weeks of sun and surf.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. The cottage was spotless and adorable. It was perfect for our needs and so very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The host was amazing and the cottage was well appointed with everything you could need and then some. Loved it!!

Seaside Cottage

Very clean, cute cottage. Location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Deb checked with me the first morning of my stay to see if there was anything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re considering visiting the Flagler Beach area.

Fenced in yard for our dog and the patio were wonderful and private. The house was everything we wanted. Loved the location. Our hosts were wonderful. We will come back.

Great!

First class from the furnishings right down to the silverware and paper towels. Too many amenities to mention. Convenient off street parking right at front door. Lots of good food at local restaurants.

Perfect peaceful getaway!

This was a wonderful and much needed getaway! The house was perfect and in a very quiet neighborhood while being walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Deb was a great host who was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Great getaway!

We had a great stay at Deb’s property. House was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Great location! Super close to the beach and restaurants. We’ve booked a second trip! Our dogs also loved it. Highly recommend.

Seaside Cottage Rules!

We have stayed in three different places here in Flagler Beach and this one is at the top of our list! From the welcome basket for our Porky the Yorkie, to the host coming by to take the trash to the curb for us, we could not have asked for a better visit. The outdoor shower was a god-sent for our party of 6, given the 1 bathroom. However, we were able to make it all work- 10 thumbs up Seaside Cottage. Marie and Family

Flagler Beach getaway

We just wanted a short 4 night beach vacation with our doggies! The owner Deb was fantastic every step of the way. I wish I knew everything they provided and I could have saved mega space. Like a beach wagon, chairs, and umbrellas. The beach is 5 minute walk with easy access. The cottage was perfect very clean and everything you needed was there. Great place to stay! Chas/Kimberly

Mothers Day Weekend

Short walking distance to the restaurants and beach. No need to move your vehicle once parked. I cannot think of anything negative. The home was updated and very clean inside and out. If you are traveling with your pet you do not have to look further. The area is very dog friendly and a very nice park nearby. Defiantly would use Seaside again.

Delightful Beach House Near Everything

The location is perfect! It’s just a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and shops. The house is pristine - beautiful accommodations great little backyard, lots of parking. The owner was great to work with - very helpful and made everything very easy.
