- This home is dog-friendly. 2 dogs max allowed but breed & weight must be approved prior to booking. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.

- Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-7am.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding.

- Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping you will be charged $500.

- This property is dog friendly; this must be approved with our Reservations staff prior to booking. A nonrefundable pet fee of $150 will be charged.
