Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, less than a 10 minute walk to beautiful downtown Southern Pines, and 2 minute walk to Weymouth Woods Center for the Arts and Humanities. If you're visiting for a golf outing, our home is only a 10 minute drive to Pinehurst No. 2, and even closer to a handful of other courses. This house is in the perfect location for a quiet get-a-way, but only a quick trip to excellent restaurants, bars, golfing adventures, & nearby farms. Take a look for yourself!

Pleasant stay

We stayed for a short golf trip . The house is full of characters. Clean and nicely decorated. We loved it and will return for longer stay .

Southern Pines Experience

Very comfortable and cozy. Close to everything we needed. The picket fence could use a coat of paint. One guest mentioned that some tissues would be nice.

Great stay

Location of this traditional home in So Pines was great. Beds were very comfy and our host was attentive to our every need. Would definitely stay again.

Great!

The communication with the property manager was great! The house was beautiful and just as pictured and described. Perfect for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready the morning of her wedding. Very clean and accommodating. Great little town of Southern Pines.

Great place to stay when visiting family at Penick!

We've stayed here several times. It is a wonderful place to stay when visiting family at Penick. We're able to walk up to visit and also stroll into town for dinner, music, entertainment, etc. This house is a gem! We'll be back.

Comfy Cottage in The Middle of the Action

This home is close to all the Southern Pines area has to offer. Great restaurants, golf, horse shows, shopping, etc. The house is very comfortable and decorated in a very cute, homey style. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and he was very responsive. Our second stay here was as good as our first. Here's to a third in our future!

Lovely Southern Pines cottage

We loved our visit! House was more than accommodating and spacious for our group of 5 plus a dog. The backyard was wonderful for letting the dog run and play. We did not use the kitchen much but seemed very well stocked and had a great choice of coffees for the morning. Jim was very easy to contact and communicate with. Would 100% recommend and return!

Southern Pines Weekend

The house was perfect! We stayed there with family for a wedding and the location was great. We loved being able to walk downtown! As a rental owner ourselves, here is some constructive feedback: the sink in the bathroom downstairs is small and awkward with the large mirror/medicine cabinet above, especially since we had 3 adults sharing the bathroom. The knives in the block are not sharp at all. Everything else was perfect! So not much to improve. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Great house and location

Our stay was perfect. The host let us know that he was available if needed and proactively checked in to make sure we were satisfied or needed anything. I would highly recommend this place. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops and is located near plenty of golf courses. A+

Visiting Family at Penick

We love this property and have stayed here twice to visit family at Penick. It is walkable to Penick and downtown, has off street parking and is clean and quiet. We will be back!

Comfy place close to downtown

Home has everything that one would need. 3 types of coffee, spices, oils and kitchen utensils for use. Gas grill but we didnt use it. Sheets and towels are NOT cheap hotel quality. Showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Open kitchen for large family meals. Decent size fenced in back yard. Front porch with 2 rocking chairs. Walkable to main streets. Swank for coffee, Chef Warren's and Ashten's for dinner are musts! Good bar scene but be aware some places have 20-30 year old crowds, not ideal for 45+ yo. Golf courses are pricey for the quality of course. No high end amenities, nor GPS on carts- turtleback greens are tough

Great home for our family of 4

We were in town for a wedding with our two college kids. House was within walking distance of downtown Southern Pines. Home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!
