This 1600 SF home with double car garage is the perfect location for extended family vacations in the Canyon Mesa Country Club gated community.

The Country Club offers a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and executive nine-hole golf course, and is located within minutes to shopping, upscale and casual dining, and seasonal events in Sedona.

This 1,600 sq ft townhome has all the amenities that are perfect for families and couples alike. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and huge master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, closet and bathroom. The great room includes a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The open concept living room features beautiful red rock views. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and outdoor patio has everything you need to entertain and enjoy home cooked meals. The home is equipped with WiFi, Cable TV, washer and dryer in the unit, two car garage, and bike storage. The fireplace is equipped with a pellet stove for your evening enjoyment. There is a propane BBQ and deck seating for 6 people for outdoor enjoyment.

The Private Canyon Mesa Country Club golf course community is adjacent to the beautiful Coconino National Park (open year round, weather permitting) The community offers:

- Pool (open May 1 – November 1)
Hot tub (open year round)
- Tennis courts (open year round, weather permitting)
- Hiking trails just minutes away from your front door.
- Minutes to the shops, restaurants and events in Village of Oak Creek and Sedona

There is a 2 car garage ( vehicles must be parked in garage overnight) There are additional parking areas for guests.

- Large outdoor deck with gorgeous red rock views, furniture, and BBQ.

(Please note: Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill:(just exchange tank at local gas station, Ace Hardware or Clarks Market.)

A week in Oak creek

Very nice condo, clean and cute. Loved the soaking tub after a hard hike. And the views from the balcony were amazing, we even saw a bobcat on the golf course!

Great place, convenient, great location

This is a gated golf course community that is nice and quiet. We have two teenagers so one got the bed, the other got the fold-out couch. You can see Bell Rock from the balcony which was a great view. The owner was very responsive to the few questions that I had. The condo was clean, well furnished, and had everything that I expected to be there with everything working. We were able to put our car in the garage at night, even though it seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. The clubhouse has a pool and whirlpool. A downside is that if you are there during a busy season, which for us was between Christmas and New Year's, the time to get to Sedona was 45 min. because of the backed up traffic. However, we liked being in the Village of Oak Creek since there are several good restaurants and shops, several good hiking trails are easily accessible, and it's quicker to the interstate than from Sedona. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. Property is located right in the middle of the most scenic Sedona area inside a beautiful, peaceful and safe community. House clean and comfortable with an incredible view of Red Rock mountains, including Bell Rock and Castle Rock. It was a pleasure walking around in the morning in the beautiful streets of the neighborhood. We had nice restaurants and markets very close to us as well as downtown Sedona just 15 minutes drive and all other interesting sites close as well. Highly recommended.

Great stay

Very nice vacation rental. Everything you’ll need is provided as well as things you normally wouldn't expect. Unit is much nicer and larger than the pictures depict.

Beautiful Sedona

This community is a wonderful spot from which to enjoy all the wonders of the Sedona area. We enjoyed all the facilities including the tennis courts and pool. Our host was very accommodating and eager to help us with everything.

20th anniversary

This condo and community was amazing! Very clean and homey! Kevin thought of everything! Condo was close to many sites and attractions. Neighbors were friendly and courteous. I just can’t speak enough to how much we enjoyed our stay here! We hope to bring family next time to this area and hope this condo and host is available again! Thank you again, Scott and Cheri.

What a View

Roomy and comfortable condo in quiet neighborhood with views of the mountains. Lots of birds to watch. Pool nearby. A perfect home base to all Sedona hiking trails. Plenty of restaurants and a market nearby. House is well-equipped for cooking, game-playing, movie watching, and just relaxing. We had a great time here.

A+ Recommendation

The host's welcome letter we received prior to our arrival was full of helpful and important information. Exhausted from a long day of travel we found a paradise at the end of the day. The condo is fabulous and very comfortable with the lovely decor, well furnished kitchen, comfy bedrooms and baths, and our favorite place on the deck for coffee and bird songs to greet the morning sun shining on the spectacular vistas. After our days of exploring the Sedona area, we so enjoyed coming back to our nest, a peaceful place to relax and renew. Our host was wonderful, and everything we needed was in close proximity to the condo. A+ experience!

Beautiful Oak Creek Condo

This was our first visit to Sedona and this condo was perfect for us…very comfortable with outstanding views from the deck. I loved having my coffee on the deck in the morning watching the sun come up on the red rock. Just stunning!! The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back for another (longer) visit!! Thank you Kevin & Maria!!

Great stay at an excellent condo

We had a great stay at an excellent condo. Besides being incredibly nice, clean place, the condo has very nice upgrades. It also has a great view of Sedona’s Bell Rock. We hope the condo is available to book the next time we visit Sedona!

Private Spacious Getaway

The location was fantastic with beautiful views of the golf course in Bell Rock. The cavernous master bedroom suite spoiled us. There was plenty of room to spread out with nice cozy nooks to enjoy each other's company. Everything that we needed was there. We did not use the TV, fireplaces, or grill, but felt they would have been fantastic on a cooler day. We would be happy to return to this location sometime in the future. Our hosts were easy to work with. We fully recommend this as a great place to stay!

Everything we needed for a perfect week!

We were very pleased with our stay in this surprisingly spacious townhome. The two king beds were very comfortable, and the host provided everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The neighborhood is lovely, nice and quiet but close to Sedona and all the hiking trails. The host even provided a Red Rocks pass for guests to use! We enjoyed watching nightly sunsets from the deck. Everything was just perfect!

65th birthday weekend

Very nice place, safe and secure as it is a gated neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable with well stocked essentials the kitchen, if you choose to cook in. Any message sent to the host was answered promptly, Comfortable beds and furnishings. Would highly recommend!

Great vacation in Sedona

My family recently stayed at a Kevin’s property in Sedona and had an amazing experience. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Bell Rock and easy access to hiking trails, cafes, restaurants and stores in the area. The communication with the property owner was excellent, and Kevin was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend this Vrbo property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Sedona. The accommodations were very good, the location was unbeatable, and the overall experience was fantastic. I can't wait to visit again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay

Communication was great. Was very prompt answering all of our questions. The home and scenery were beautiful.If we ever wanted to come back in the area, we would definitely want to stay here again.
