Unit 1036 has a large living room with both a breakfast nook and large dining room set. Unit has an open kitchen with tile through out with off white walls. It also large wrap around windows with a nice view of the Gulf from the second bedroom. Unit is very spacious and tastefully decorated to match the furniture and kitchen aesthetic. The living room has two new sofa and chair by. The couches are not sleeper sofas but they are comfortable enough to invite a single sleeper.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience located in the guest bathroom closet. Unit 1036 also offers an extended living room without a balcony. Finally, the unit include 4 smart TV's.

Great property - had many nice “extras” included - the beach chairs/umbrella that was included was a very nice bonus! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Nice property. There are some beach items in a front closet that people have left. Also, check under the bathroom sinks before you purchase bathroom products. Items (shampoo, conditions, soaps etc) have been left.

What a clean and lovely stay. Did a girls trip and it was an easy accommodations. I text when I left but we didn’t get a reply so I hope they know when we left!

We had a fantastic stay—the condo was beautiful, with incredibly easy access to the beach and just minutes from the boardwalk attractions. Our family had an amazing time, with plenty of room for personal downtime when needed. The place was spotless, which is especially impressive with all that sand. Thank you so much to the host for providing such a wonderful space. We would highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again if we make it back to Destin.

We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary with our family. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Beach is so beautiful and an easy three minute walk. Host was very nice and accommodating!

The unit was nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. We had no balcony so as a suggestion we needed a place to place our swimsuits to dry. Hooks in the bathrooms would have been nice. Need to provide adequate towels, hand towels, bath rags for 8 guests. No kitchen towels were provided in the kitchen. Make sure cleaning crew has correct cleaning schedule. They arrived a day early which was unfortunate for them and guests when she was there to clean. Overall the experience was great. Convenient to the ocean. Disappointed that we could not see or hear the ocean from our unit with all the windows we had. In the living area or the master bedroom. The host was quick to respond to our need for chairs on the beach. We did not know that our own personal chairs could only be in front of our 2 provided chairs and umbrella. We needed 8 chairs so rented two more and an umbrella on the beach and just used 4 chairs we brought. We could not spread out in a line had to be 3 deep. Trivial but we were on a girl’s trip and wanted to chat while enjoying the beach. That was my first experience with rules like that on a beach. We still had a good time!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our group of four adults and one child. The space was incredibly generous—everyone had their own bed, and not small ones either. With four queen beds and a king, everyone slept comfortably with room to spare.The community itself was so peaceful and relaxing. We split our time between the amazing heated pool and the beach, which is just steps away. The property felt very secure, which we really appreciated. The location was also fantastic—close to great restaurants and plenty of entertainment options.The hosts, Andrei and Corina, were wonderfully responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. From bottled water to beach towels, a boogie board, and even a washer and dryer, they truly thought of everything.We had an amazing time and would happily stay here again.

It was the perfect getaway minus the tennis and basketball court being under construction while we were there. We are a very athletic family and were sad they were unusable. However a local resident told us about a park up the street where all of that was offered and we went on up there and had a great time. Very nice apartment, heated pool was phenomenal
