- BEAUTIFUL 71m² 2-bedroom apartment with SEA VIEW on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator:
- Living room with double sofa bed (140x190), TV, and Wi-Fi opening onto a balcony with a BEAUTIFUL sea view. Dining area
- Separate fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and a south-facing balcony.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and a south-facing balcony.
- Bathroom and separate toilet.
- Secure underground parking

-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing.
