Mom and Daughter trip!

This property was amazing!! Right on the beach, Beautiful views from our balcony, and the Condo it’s self was decorated beautifully! Not crowded and was a quiet place to just relax!

Fun at the Beach

We enjoyed our stay at The Indies House very much. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and it was very roomy.

Communication with the property manager was excellent. Check in was easy. The beach is just a few steps away and the pool area was great! Not too crowded and very relaxing. Comfy bed was greatly appreciated.

Comfortable and clean.

The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property is well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed being close to everything, and being able to relax in a nice quiet place. Will definitely come again

A perfect getaway

We took my mother in law with us along with my 17 year old. The condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The Indies House was a wonderful community. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the ease of getting to the beach. We would definitely stay in unit 206 again!

Home away from Home

We have been staying at The Indies House for close to twenty years and have stayed in several different units. This one is the best! Highly recommend!

Great condo. Needs a few minor things fixed. There was a snafu with the property (not the condo itself), and the owner went above and beyond! 100% will return.

Annual Girls Getaway

Host was super responsive—easy checking in/out. Updated condo—nice size and nicely appointed. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool(though our weather was chilly). Easy beach access. Quiet condo but right across the road was grocery and shopping so super convenient. Condo is located at the north end of Ormand beach so it is quieter—not far from Granada Blvd where there are restaurants, the Casement House and small museum. We hope to stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful! The property was exactly as described, if not even better. It was spotless, well stocked, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to reach and very responsive whenever we had a question. Having a grocery store and plenty of shopping right across the street was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly book it again in the future.

We were impressed with the comfort and decor of this lovely condo in Ormond Beach. We could not have asked for a better location. The pool was lovely and the community was amazing. The beach was beautiful. Excellent communication by host.

Great condo and great communication!

The condo is beautiful! The manager, Amy, has terrific communication. Our vacation was cut short due to the fury of Hurricane Ian. We hope everyone in Florida is safe and able to recover. We will definitely go back to Ormond Beach once the locals have time to recover and catch their breath! Our best wishes and prayers to the owner, manager Amy, their families, and all of Florida.

Looking for a change, I decided to move to Florida and get my real estate license. I am now settled in the Daytona Beach area with my nephew Greyson and our 3 pets.
