We had a great time at this property. Our kids loved the big pool and getting to feed the horses. The house was super clean and the master bed is very comfortable. The game room in the basement is awesome too! Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great Experience!
Our family enjoyed five nights at this beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool, fishing, and wonderful memories made there. Our grandkids even got to pet and feed the horses! Aaron was extremely helpful in planning our trip and was a great host!

Enjoyed having this family as they left the house in great shape upon our return. Hope they can return in the future and I definitely recommend them to any homeowner.

Family gathering
We had a family gathering at this place and really enjoyed what it had to offer. We plan to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the pool and other outdoor activities. Looking forward to it!

Jeff and his family were great guests. They left our house in immaculate condition and treated our home as it was their home. They plan on returning and we can’t wait to have them again!

Georgetown horse farm.
Great location. Beautiful farmland. Needs some TLC. lot of potential. owner responsive.

Communication to us via text was that they loved the property and it was beautiful. Then he admitted later that they PAINTED our house without our permission for a graduation party that they had, also against house rules. VRBO told us we were within our rights to ask them to leave, but we decided to give them a chance and let them stay. Confetti was left all over the back yard. They drove their pickup truck through our front yard grass and right up to the front door on a day that was pouring the rain. Broke several things in our home and tried to hide it. This review was retaliatory after we had confronted them about these things. As you can see we have had nothing but 5 star, exemplary reviews until this guest.

Stunning location
This beautiful home had everything you could possibly need including an outdoor grill with a view of a lake and pasture with two horses that loved to be fed carrots. The swimming pool was spotless and warm, and the communication with the owner was absolutely perfect. A very quick response to any of my questions.

Everything you could want
Spent a long weekend with a group of guys. Between the outside pond, pool, hot tub and fire pit there wasn’t enough time to enjoy all the fun and games in the basement arcade area.
It was also a perfect spot for launching off to the bourbon trail, keeneland racetrack and even clay shooting.
Everything was clean and updated and there is plenty of room.
Not a negative thing to say about the property or the owner Aaron who responded quickly to any questions

What a unique place to stay! We enjoyed the swimming pool looking out over the lake. The kids loved feeding the horses carrots provided by the host and the grownups enjoyed the hot tub with a TV! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This home was a definite winner for our combined family vacation. Plenty of gaming fun in the lower level, incredibly comfortable sofas for lounging on main level and comfortable beds for all. The primary bedroom has a small sitting area and tv and my grandkids would slip in early in the morning to watch cartoons before breakfast. The pool is so nice, and because it’s a saltwater pool there’s no chlorine smell on skin and hair. There were plenty of seating options to sit or lay out outdoors. The horses are so sweet and enjoyed carrots from us on both days, they came right to the fence to meet us. My grandkids liked feeding the koi fish too(owner left food for that). My son and daughter-in-law took the kayaks out onto the pond several times . This is a property with a lot of amenities and a lot of room to spread out. We enjoyed cooking dinners together and dining in kitchen and dining room too! We will definitely book again. This was just a great place to bring family in from all over and relax and enjoy one another. We swam, and grilled out, made s’mores at the fire pit and just generally vibed with the place. We had a lovely time!

Great House in Horse Country
We stayed at this property for a friend's bachelor party weekend and it was perfect! Beautiful house with gorgeous views of a horse farm and pond out back and comes with a lot of privacy. Owners were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Home in horse country
The property was beautiful and had so much to offer. We had three families with children and teens and so much to do to keep everyone busy and entertained Fishing jacuzzi pool table basketball hoop (too cold for pool this time of year) but our favorite was the horses on site. They were amazing and loved all the attention (and carrots / apples) that we gave them. Such a cool experience as we are from Cali and don’t get this on a daily basis. The house is large so everyone had room to spread out ( kids loved the basement ) location was great - in the beautiful country with great views but close enough to Georgetown with restaurants and stores We went to Lexington and keeneland track and got the full experience. The owners were great and were accessible Great find for our Easter trip

Great place to stay!
I decided to rent this property due to the proximity to the Ark Encounter (25 minutes away) and the Creation Museum (about 45 minutes). I am so glad I did. The home was just as described. The property was secluded but still able to Doordash from Georgetown. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Would definitely recommend this property if you need a place to stay in this area.
