With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Great spot!

Super walkable area! We had 21 people stay for a friends wedding. It was so great to have the community patio for group socializing, and be able to go to break off into each unit for quiet time at night. Loved it and would stay there again!

Fun stay

Outstanding service during our stay. The staff responded quickly to our questions and were very polite during our conversations. The place was very neat and organized. Our team really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

Amazing Rental & Awesome Location

We were a very large group of women (23 people) and the property was perfect. With 4 kitchens and outdoor space we had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable but not on top of each other.. The host was communicative and made the whole process very easy. The location cannot be beat (so close to King St. and the coffee shop next door is adorable with delicious food). There were bathroom amenities as well as coffee in each suite, and the host even gifted us a lovely bottle of wine upon arrival. We were comfortable for the entire duration of our stay since the host is quite thoughtful in his approach to hosting large groups. Overall, highly recommend.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

These two houses side-by-side were perfect for our large bachelorette group. The property management responded to my emails within minutes, which was reassuring. Great customer service.

Great place for a large group!

We had a large group of 21+ guys looking for a place to stay for a weekend and this was perfect. The location was great, accommodations were good, and the process was painless. Highly recommend!

Awesome place and location

Searched for a long time before I settled on the Inns. It was perfect for my group as we all had our privacy and plenty of space to spread out at the end of the day. Location was perfect for walking to dinner or getting around. Really hope to come back in the near future. Thanks for the hospitality

Property

Patio bricks not safe, needs to be redone in places. Recommend concrete instead of beach sand in between bricks. Too many bushes and plants around the property, bad mosquitoes and gnats to enjoy the outside porches and patio. Recommend someone spray. We wish the parking entrance was wider and the spaces were better. Toilet noise in house #69. Recommend someone looks into it. Overall, both houses met our expectations considering they are historical homes. Good property. I would stay again.

Pleasant Family Stay on Spring Street

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented all 4 units on Spring Street recently. Though the management company was accommodating and helpful, we found that not all the units were exactly as advertised. Units 69A, B and 71B had bathrooms that were not updated adequately and the showers were not great. The bedroom carpet in 69A was very dirty, (we did not want to walk on it with bare feet) and its bathrooms (both) were unpleasant. All units but 71B had nice,updated kitchens, and all of them had nice living rooms. The only one with a nice bathroom was 71A. Note: there was a mildewy smell in all the units. The outside areas were lovely. The units were very clean, nicely decorated and all had well-equipped (kitchens had everything one would need for a stay). I would recommend these units with caveats-be aware that the bathrooms are not updated as one would expect, and the A/C in the upstairs units do not work as well as the downstairs units when it is very hot outside. I really believe the bathrooms need more work. One more item- 69A had no dresser in the bedroom though there is surely room for one and 71A had no closet for clothes in the bedroom- inconvenient for a longer stay.
