New home with a spacious fenced in back yard and fire pit. Come enjoy a perfect place to get together. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. This home is located only a few miles from downtown Joplin where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and other fun activities. The home is also located a few miles from the Joplin airport and Briarbrook Clubhouse (golf-course, and restaurant).

Great Location

Overall it was really good!!!!!!!! We were there for a wedding at 96 Elite - beautiful venue. This VRBO Great Location!!!!! Honestly would stay again and would recommend - Tips: Kitchen: I didn't find a crock pot. Do have coffee filters! Spices! Laundry: Lights come on, but really don't light up anything. Mstr Bdrm: Needs a sitting bench or some chairs. Bathroom: I didn't find a blow dryer. 2 Spare Bedrooms - desperately needs black out curtains!!!!!!! Overall: Needs a good deep fall cleaning! Don't get me wrong it was clean, but grout cleaning, carpets cleaned, paint touch-up baseboards most definitely, touch up walls, add door stoppers so walls don't get damaged, Mr Clean magic eraser the doors, broom sweep all spider webs outside.

A Little Rough, But Things Made Right

A little mixup in the checkin as the entry code wasn’t correct. Upon arrival, the lights were on for us and the host provided a welcome gift of beverages and snacks. The property had some significant damage to walls and electrical issues in the laundry room that the host wasn’t aware of. Because the host isn’t local to the property, the condition from previous guests had not been brought to their attention to repair. Apologies were offered. The yard was quite tall and that was addressed during our stay. The ability to use an amenity as described was not available, but the host made this right with a compensation. All in all, the location was wonderful, the property was comfortable, and the house provided all the space we needed for 8 people.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a little way from our main destination in Carthage MO. but it was ok. We might rebook for next year if we decide to do this next year.

Tournament Stay

Upfront the listing should tell you that he requires a very large deposit or Mandatory insurance which significantly raises the cost of this house. This house is nice but in need of some upkeep. Baseboards, Paint and broken glass. Not horrible but on a house that requires insurance or large deposit it was in need of repair. The other thing to note is this house has no blinds and you can see in every window thru the thin curtains they have up. We hung blankets but did not like that at all. The Gross couch is covered by a sheet. What really got to us was when we went to check out this morning and took the pillowcases off all the pillows had dark brown and red stains. Checkout procedures say to remove sheets only. Which leads me to believe they do not wash comforters between rentals. Definitely in the bottom 2 of places we have ever stayed.

Very accommodating

There were 10 of us who stayed here. It accommodated all of us very well. The host was quick to respond when I had questions. Nice neighborhood. Close to stores to get groceries. Would definitely recommend & if we are ever back in that area would definitely consider staying again.

Nice location and floor plan but very dirty home

When you first walk in you notice how nicely the home is laid out but upon walking into the bedrooms you will see all the walls and trim were in need of a good cleaning. Two of the bedrooms faced an adjacent home and had just thin see through curtains. We moved the bed away from the wall for to gain better accessibility to entering the bed and found old food and several inches of dust and dirt so we checked the other bedrooms and they also were very dirty with dust and debris. When taking a shower the main bathroom shower had someone’s hair stuck all over in the shower. This home needs a thorough deep cleaning and some paint touch up. We took several photos and would be happy to upload.

This property was great home to stay at. It’s near stores and restaurants and it’s in a nice area. We would definitely stay here again next time we go back. It’s a lovely home.

Custom made for a large group

We are a racing team of eight members, this spacious property was just perfect for our group. The location was an easy 15 minutes from every venue we needed.

Perfect for our needs

The house was so cute and had just enough of everything that we needed. Huge backyard, even though we didnt need it. Plenty of space in the house for the 4 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities (dishes, pots, pans, cups, silverware etc) I messaged our host about possibly providing a box fan, as I need the noise to sleep. (If i didnt need to pack a fan, i didnt want to)She messaged me back very quickly, said she didnt have a fan, but arranged to have an air purifier..... worked great. She definitely went above and beyond! I will definitely try to use this host for this house again, if the opportunity comes up.

4th of July Getaway

The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. When I did have a question, it was answered in just minutes. We found this house extremely clean, neat, exactly as described and being located in a nice and quiet neighborhood was a huge plus. I highly recommend this home for a couple or a family.

Family Trip

This is a nice house in a quaint community. It was perfect for our family trip. The house is well stocked and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the check-out procedures are very reasonable. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Carl Junction Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay in your home. We felt like the house did need some "spring cleaning/ repair maintenance" things done (cobwebs, dusty fans and vent covers, towel bar not on the wall and new filters for the fridge water/ice maker) and no grill gas, but that being said our stay was close to where we needed to be with our family.

Beautiful home in family friendly neighborhood

My family and I stayed here for 3 days, we loved the decor of the home and the home itself! There was everything we needed in the home to have a comfortable stay. My mom mentioned that the curtains in the two smaller bedrooms were too thin, you could see right through them. Also, for me, the biggest concern was that it seemed the house was not thoroughly cleaned because I found what appeared to be dried up dog poop under the master bed. I'm thankful that I looked under there before my 1 year old found it. There were also dead bugs. Other than that the house was beautiful, the washer and dryer were great to have, really had a great time here.
