Weekend getaway

Great location - close to excellent restaurants, charming neighborhoods, and The City Museum. Our teens LOVED the pool!

Very local

Great place to stay. Most of the main attractions of the city are about a 5-10 minute drive. Clean place, host responded almost immediately to any message. We lost power on half of the apartment and the host responded back to my message immediately and helped me locate the breaker box. This place is facing a busy street that has a lot of traffic through out the night, we probably heard 10-15 sirens outside our window while staying. We did not have any issue with the noise, but it can be a bit much from some people.

Everything was perfect, for the location to the lodging. If I ever need to stay in St. Louis again I will 100% rebook.

Would return again

The listing doesn’t do the facility itself justice. The pool is very nice, there’s a fabulous coffee machine downstairs (we enjoyed that more than the local cafe), and the condo was quite clean. The host responded quickly to any of my questions and gave great advice on local attractions. I appreciated being able to wash laundry (one less thing to do when we returned home), and found a zillion places to visit nearby. Truly everything we did took us just minutes to drive to. Would recommend Botanical Garden, Arch experience, Museum of Illusions, and there’s a super strange 5 floor wax museum not far from the arch that’s worth the $10 fee for the laughter it ensues.

Good neighborhood, very nice apartment, just as represented on website. Pool and fitness center were excellent. Also, some very nice remote work areas in the common area.

Clean, nice location but very loud street noise

Unfortunately this condo is right over a very trafficked street. The street noise made it difficult to sleep as a bus comes early weekday mornings. The road noise is very audible and actually makes it hard to sleep. Otherwise, this place is clean as appears in the pictures.

Great location, beautiful condo

We came for a weekend getaway in St Louis. Taisha, our host, was easy to work with and very prompt in replying to our messages. The property is brand new, with secure of street parking in a good neighborhood. And about 10 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. The condo's furnishings are new and tasteful. Comfortable beds. We didn't use the pullout. A few reviews said the traffic noise was noticeable. It didn't keep anybody in our group awake. Some really fun restaurants within a few blocks to a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay there again! Jill

Great location

The apartment was very nice and clean. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and even spent an evening in playing games. The neighborhood was nice with lots of food options nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location.

The apartment was very clean and modern. The location was within 20 minutes to all the places we went (Arch, Magic House, Zoo, etc). Taisha was very quick and friendly to respond with any questions/concerns we had. We brought food to make for breakfast but the unit did not have a toaster. There are some kitchenware items but wouldn’t be enough for an extended stay if you plan on cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the pool and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home away from home

From the second I entered the building I was impressed with the modern and clean feel. The apartment was more spacious than it appeared in photos. I was so clean and smelt great. As mentioned in previous reviews the street noise was fairly loud and since the location is near a hospital there is often sirens at all hours. I could hear the neighbors TV until after 1:30 am and I dont think they necessarily had it to loud. The walls are just thin. Unfortunately there is nothing the host could do other than offer a tv in the guest room or a fan to drowned out the noise. I had also considered making breakfast but was surprised there was no bowls, plates or a a toaster. If you plan on cooking anticipate bringing everything with you or contact the host for accomodations. The host had a book nicely displayed with recommendations in the area, some of the places were no longer in business but I highly recommend trying some of their suggestions. Roosters was really good and Starbuck was within walking distance. Secured parking and the pool were great perks for our stay. I would stay here again

Very clean apartment

Great place to stay and very clean. Check in easy and building secure. On site parking was a huge plus! Many places to eat with a short drive or walk. Bed were very comfortable. Only downfall was loud traffic noise. Enjoyed our stay!

What a great up and coming neighborhood.

At least a dozen different cuisines within a miles walk. Foodies delight. Starbucks just yards away. The apartment was spotless with very savvy decorating. Plenty of room for 4 people.
