This gated apartment complex is in a prime location in Caguas, right on Ave. Degetau, one of the city's main avenues. It's just 30 minutes from San Juan, 45 minutes from Ponce, and 5 minutes from the highway (depending on traffic). Nearby, you'll find hospitals, malls, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, the Caguas Botanical Garden, Caguas Real Golf Course, Pork Highway, universities, and more. Plus, it's within walking distance to one of Caguas' top bakeries, La Borinqueña.

This first-floor apartment comes fully equipped, with A/C units in all the bedrooms. It includes a handicap parking spot conveniently located next to the exit gate. Ideal for a couple or a family of up to 6 guests. Please note: no pets, events, or smoking are allowed.

Lovely property, well-maintained and safe complex, quiet, super convenient location with an excellent bakery nearby that is very popular with locals and great for breakfast and lunch. Perfect place to stay while visiting family in Caguas. Will stay there again for future visits if it is available and highly recommend it.

Great place

Very clean and nice place. Host sent all the information in advance, so everything went smoothly. 30 min. drive to airport. In Puerto Rico we stayed at 6 different places, this one was the best.

My parents stayed in September and immediately were saying how much they loved the space. They felt comfortable and relaxed in the apartment and fully enjoyed their time staying there. They are planning to return soon to Caguas, and already hoping to stay at this location as they loved it so much more than staying at a hotel. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something spacious and hospitable.

The apartment first floor ,only 2 steps to get in .superclean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood .easy directions easy check in and out.

Great Stay For Us

This is an excellent property that is clean and secure. We chose it because it was very close to where we needed to be. Being familiar with Puerto Rico., this location was easy for us to get to places that we wanted to go. The only drawback we experienced is there was no hairdryer on site nor any laundry detergent. I only mentioned this because they have always been provided at other sites we have stayed. This was a great place.

Our Caguas Stay

We stayed in town for a family emergency. It’s a hop, step and skip away from a tasty bakery where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. The condo was nice and clean, the a/c in the bedrooms worked perfect. Nice; quiet and safe. Would definitely stay again.
