There is plenty to do inside from watching the game, playing some games or relaxing with a good book. Or sit outside by the firepit and watch a movie or game on the 70 inch projector screen. The house is centrally located btwn campus, restaurants, and shopping. If you are here for a big game, take pleasure in a .68 mile walk to the campus

Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Elm House is in a great location and easy to access. The home was clean and well stocked - we would definitely stay here again.

The home was very spacious and perfect for a group to stay and have time enjoying the different activities the house offers (fire pit, shuffleboard, entertainment room, etc). Also very convenient and easy walk to Purdue campus.

Host was very responsive and flexible with all of our requests. The house is huge and was an excellent place to have an alumni reunion for a weekend. Overall it was a great experience and would stay there again

Perfect for us.

We were in Lafayette for a 4 day golf trip. This was a perfect central location for us and the venue was great. There was plenty of room and very comfortable.

Nice place to hang with family

This house was great. Perfect for our group to hang out and play games. Located near lots in of fun places. Had everything needed for our five days stay. They even left us some snack goodies. Thank you!

Great rental house near Purdue

The house was perfect for our overnight stay at Purdue for my son’s graduation. It was clean, up to date, nicely decorated, and well maintained. The layout gave everyone their own space. But, the outdoor space was great for hanging out together and relaxing. The host was accommodating and kind, and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Thanks!

What a great property

This property is the perfect location for a visit to Purdue with a large group. Not only does it have enough space and bathrooms for everyone, but there the host keeps it stocked with everything you might need including fun games and activities.The host was also very responsive when I had a quick question. I highly recommend!

Great space for gatherings!

A wonderful place to bring old college friends together. Plenty of areas to sit, entertain & play games. Ample parking in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the 2 refrigerators and outdoor patio area. Only 2 full baths but easy to share when among friends & family. The hostess was attentive & left plenty of extra snacks, condiments & coffee for our weekend. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house

We were in town for a softball tournament. We had 9 people in our group and had tons of space for everyone without feeling crowded. The house was very warm and inviting. Lots of extra little things you wouldn’t normally expect from a rental. It was in a great location. Niki was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The property was quite worn and "threadbare" in appearance, which is impossible to assess in the photos of the listing. Nevertheless, everything worked just fine and the spaces worked for our purposes of visiting and reuniting with friends in the area. There was a very noticeable mildew smell that was extremely unpleasant, especially for one of our group who is sensitive to mildew. It was obvious that this has been a longstanding issue.

Great for a group

PU alumni gathered for basketball game and this house was great for location, and layout of home as we all got our own room and they were spaced far apart. Heat was limited in some rooms as this is an older home but there were space heaters that did help. Owner was receptive to questions.

Spacious Gem in a Private yet Convenient Location

This was my first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint! Great meet up location for friends that offered everything you'd expect plus gaming areas, a large dining area, little nooks for reading or zoom calls, plenty of private bedrooms, several bathrooms and a large living room with comfy couches for socializing and watching movies. Host was top notch and responded quickly with our questions. Check in and check out directions were clear and reasonable. No surprises or hidden fees. We highly recommend this Elm Street Oasis for all of your get-aways to West Lafayette. Everything you could possibly want is close and our food delivery was free! Hospitality at its best. Thank you for a memorable and most pleasant stay!
